Again flight was awesome except British Airways lost both gate checked luggage’s. Still missing
Was a normal flight but it was delayed, and there wasn't an explanation.
American Airlines initially postponed the flight. Then they cancelled it an rescheduled us on a flight that would take over 24 hours with multiple stops. They then changed this flight to a reasonable alternative the next day which they later cancelled and replaced with a flight that would take off with an additional 16 hour delay. They blamed weather but I noticed (at 4am) that Delta had direct flights from Charlotte to Detroit. I went on line. Booked it and was in Detroit buy 9am. The interesting thing is they did a similar thing to a family member just 2 days earlier. I don't think I will fly American unless I have to.
I have long legs, my foot was out in the aisle and when a flight attendant came walking by and I didn't notice, instead of saying "excuse me" or anything like that, she kicked my foot. Extremely rude

The gate changed over 6 times in the 4 hours before this flight having us walking all over and back again. The agent told me that the American app and the airport monitors are not reliable and I should Google the flight number for accurate flight information! Shocking tip but the gate still kept changing anyway and then the flight was delayed an hour because of another maintenance issue. Not a great experience.
More room. International flight - by the time you put your purse and shoes under the seat in front of you, add in the pillow and blanket they give you- makes for tight fit.
The best thing about AA is that the onboard entertainment allows me to watch on my iPad. This was not working. USB ports were not working and the flight attendant said they often don’t work. The flight attendants, one in particular, were uncaring. I was very disappointed.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.
The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.
