Went in with low expectations based on other reviews/the fact that this is a budget airline, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smoothly, seats were comfortable, food was not bad for airplane food, and of course the price of the flight was fantastic. The only real negatives I can think of are that the plane is a bit on the older side (think 2012-ish era planes, not a huge deal), wifi is a bit expensive, and the movie catalog is mediocre. But that is to be expected on a budget airline (I was honestly surprised they had free movies). I would definitely fly again.
No organization when it came to checking in and boarding. If you have diet restrictions make sure to plan ahead.
great flight. Pilot was communicative, flight attendants were excellent. Really nice experience except my tv didn’t work.
I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.
Has been always great except flight cancelation in the past at very last minute waiting till 2am and we when have to beg for overnight accommodation
Problem with the gate after landing for an hour caused lots of issues for commuting after. Don’t think the crew handled it well at all.
Drinks and snacks provided. TV had a lot of entertainment options. Plane was fairly comfortable. Staff was less than pleasant.
Flight delayed Plane switched so my aisle seat changed from 7 aisle to 22 middle Older plane, poor entertainment Crew were fine
Please, for the love of all things good…clean the plane. There’s less filth on seat and floor after my 2 year old niece throws Mac-n-cheese everywhere.
No entertainment, no WiFi, not great seats. Crew was good.
The entertainment is still via a screen on the plane so wired headphones are needed (no bluetooth connect like united). The snacks were very generous.
I don't recall hearing any boarding announcements, people just started getting in line. Flight attendants were nice. A bit chatty with each other but helpful enough during our tarmac delay. Plane ride was very comfortable.
Delay flight more than 8hours waiting and poor customer service!
Plane was extremely small so mind the size of your carry on

I purchased a carry on bag online…was supposed to cost $72 but after a whole slew of bs charges, the total was over $175.00. Because of these hidden charges, I will not even consider flying Frontier ever again. It’s just not worth the hassle. I’m scratching this company off my list forever.
The truck that was refueling the plane drove away with the hose still connected to the plane and ripped part of the plane off with it
It was impossible to change a carry-on for a checked bag after the initial selection. The flight was delayed 14 hours "to allow for a late arriving aircraft." The seats were shockingly uncomfortable. This was only the second time I've seen seats that didn't recline in an airline. The first was in an East Bloc airline before the fall if the Iron Curtain.
Delayed...attendants checked every single bag and item for sizes before boarding.
Seats are cramped and very uncomfortable. You have to pay for everything and it is too expensive.
The experience was terrible. The flight boarded late, then after leaving the gate the plane had had to return to the gate for fuel. After 2 hours on the plane, the flight was canceled. The reasons given for the cancelation didn't sound truthful. and different reasons were given. My 15 year old daughter was flying alone on this flight. When they all disembarked the plane she kept asking the crew what she was supposed to do. No one even gave her the courtesy of a response. No one. It took another 4.75 hrs to be out of customs and baggage. She was re-booked the following day. That flight departed 2 hours late. After all of that, they offered a measly $100 flight voucher with an expiry date of 3 months! All in all a terrible experience. We won't be using Frontier again in the future.

The flights were right on time. The issue that was the most difficult was the lack of legroom on the planes
Attendance were to busy bull shitting to pay attention to the guest, had an attude problem.
