The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.
Smooth flight Staff were courteous and welcoming upon entering and exiting the plane Pilot and crew provided frequent updates Leg space was not pleasant but manageable
Everything was good except I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay US $150 for bags.

The flight attendants were super! They created a cosy and warm flight atmosphere!
West Jet flight was cancelled and I was not notified. I found out when I tried to check in on-line. Spent 4 hours on the phone with West Jet and Just Fly trying to figure what happened.
It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good
I like the free air Canada wifi and being able to watch things on there. The basic snacks are good, just wish I could have both. If I’m being really picky, the flight attendant who filled my drink, filled it half with fizz and didn’t take the second to let it go down and add more, so I got maybe half a cup of pop.
Seats too small and too cramped, I have stomach cancer and I threw up after the flight . No advance boarding for disabled people. No aisle seats available for disabled people who have to use the washroom frequently. No space for cabin baggage for disabled people who have to carry bulky medications or equipment to use on the flight. Baggage rules and fees are ridiculous. I have been an aeroplan member for 30 years and I fly frequently, but from now on I will choose offshore carriers. .
I would like to get my money back. I flight was 4 hours late on the way to detroit, And same on my way back to Brussels they cancelled my flight and give me an other ticket and i had to wait 5 hours.
All attendents were very efficient, pleasant and happy. Everything went smoothly. The seats could have been wider. There could have been more free food instead of just one small bar.
My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.
We had a long walk from one gate to the other. The busnessclass was full and we could not get seats together.
Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.
On board wifi or other entertainment. Landlines option was good but ran late to Pearson
I liked a lot , the flight attendant so nice ,the seat very comfortable I enjoyed the flight , I will do it again with Air Canada,
The cabin crew and entertainment options were great, but the food was really bad.
