Some people were not wearing masks appropriately & there wasn’t anything done about it.
On time flights would be better

Pros: "The UI to watch videos on the plane is really good. They have good quality screens, so I watched movies for all the 12 hours of lfight I had."

Cons: "I booked A flight from in Oregon to Tucson Arizona but the layover in San Francisco . The flight from Oregon to California was delayed by an hour and a half which caused me to misconnect. United didn't offer me anything, not even a sorry. Terrible service."
Pros: "I could not find anyplace on the United reservation to enter my TSA Pre check number. As a result, even thought I am 80, I had to wait in line and disrobe at Hartford CT airport."
Cons: "It would be helpful if Kayak or airlines could highlight or include the TSA Pre number automatically on check in."

Cons: "I specifically bought carry on luggage that meets the standards so that I would not have to go baggage claim as it would weigh heavily on my schedule. As I stood in line and noticed all of the huge "carry on" bags more than 2 I was astounded when the flight attendant said my carry on would have to be loaded with the other luggage. When I offered my rebuke she scolded me and said the luggage would be there before me....how the hell is that supposed to happen? To make matter worse the flight "attendants" stopped serving half way and when they started again I got trapped by the bathroom and did not get back to my seat in time to enjoy a beverage....not that I was offered one."

Pros: "The entertainment worked for like most of the time (surprisingly) and I got an extra seat next to me."
Cons: "What can you expect from united... the crew members were terrible absolutely unprofessional and unwilling to help. We were delayed for 3 hours in Taipei due to an issue with the plane that they were trying to fix. During this time many people were trying to change flights as they had connections in SFO. When they asked the hostesses for help, they either got rude unhelpful responses or got completely ignored. United really needs to train their flight attendants better."

Cons: "Wish they had radio stations / music alongwith the free tv shows. wud have liked to listen to music and doze off. Then again i assume most passengers bring their own music."
Cons: "Flights were significanly delayed that resulted in missing connecting flights. During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."
Pros: "United is definitely improving. The service was attentive and friendly. When I asked for PJ's, the flight attendant made a good effort to retrieve them for me. I slept through the entire flight, very rare unless the conditions were optimal for sleep."
Cons: "While this flight was fine, my flight to Taipei was riddled with poor service. A bad and forgetful flight attendant can make all the difference. As United adjusts their service to the new Polaris configuration on newer planes, conditions will hopefully improve."
Pros: "We took off 4 hrs late because of a brake issue. But we did make it. They didn't cancel."
Pros: "The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received."
Cons: "You have reached your limit on how tight you can pack the seats. I am 6ft. 1in. When I sit all the way back in the seat my knees still hit the seat in front of me."

Pros: "I was very cold because I take blood thinners. I was sitting directly behind first class in coach . The first class crew was passing out blanket to anyone who wants one. Several I tried to get a crew member attention which she ignore . I was told I couldn't have a blanket because they are only given to first class customers only but on my flight to Batltimore I was given a blanket in coach"
Cons: "I was horribly cramped next to two passengers who used half my seat. Crew could see this and did nothing to help. There was no way to turn off the entertainment"

Cons: "Couldn't reserve/request a seat. Assigned to me About 1.5 hours prior to boarding. Had to wait Around the gate. Should have told me I would not have any choice. Could have walked around. Got a middle seat. It was a long flight."

Pros: "The crew was excellent, mindful, courteous at all times. The food was warm, well-cooked, fresh with a variety to please most eaters."
Cons: "The seats were a bit worn and mildly uncomfortable, but otherwise the flight was incredibly enjoyable."
Cons: "storm was coming over and they boarded us anyway. sat on plane for 2 hours almost lost my mind. finally let us off. honestly would have appreciated them being honest and telling us that we would have to wait until the storm passed which was about 4-5hours. not knowing what was going on killed my positive experience. i know the weather does not affect how you all do your job-- the crew was great. just a really bad experience wish they could have been more up front."
