My luggage was lost
The flight attendants were friendly. The food was ok, but the wine was cheap. I was disappointed!

Pros: "I liked that they served three meals - one hot lunch, one sandwich, and one breakfast. Also that they frequently came through with water refills. Very good entertainment system, although it was off for rebooting for about the first 30 minutes in the air. French red wine blend was excellent. They seem to always have French wines."
Cons: "Attendants restocked the bathrooms, but didn't seem to clean them much (sticky floors - yuk). Wish they had some English newspapers on board to read. The food was only fair."
Pros: "Flying with Lufthansa as usual was another great experience! The staff at Pearson was helpful. The crew was awesome. Overall happy. But NOT with Kayak."
Cons: "The booking with Kayak was a disappointment! After booking, kayak informed me that I will receive confirmation from LH. I did. There it said 1 piece of luggage is free. However, at the airport I was told that bc I booked with Kayak there are other regulations. The LH receipt where it said FREE didn't count. I paid 60$ per luggage per person. I was mislead!"

Pros: "The staff were very friendly and courteous. It was comfortable for a 12 hour journey in a plane. What a difference from their regional staff and service."

Cons: "They could not get my luggage through to the next flight to Chicago. I could not board because of that reason, and I had to fly to Denver then fly back Chicago."

Cons: "The attendant’s name is Karen. She first caught my attention was the way she talked to the passengers. She was like a parent or a teacher telling her kids to share but not solving their problem over the head bin. Then before we were landing, the passenger next to me asked for her help to put her bag into the head bin because she’s not tall enough. Karen said she’s doing security check and never came back. I managed to help my neighbor passenger before landing and was very impressed to this flight attendant."

Cons: "smaller aircraft with very limited overhead bag storage. Constantly have to announce volunteers for bag check in. Happen both ways. Atl to Toronto and Toronto to Atl."

Pros: "My group of five arrived to the airport late (one hour before the flight took off), but the crew worked together to quickly process all of us and get us through to ensure that we didn't miss our flight. We really appreciated it!"

Pros: "It is hard to like a trip when t h email outbound flight is delayed by 3 hours. Why didn't SC text us to let us know before we left for the airport. I had to find out from flight aware. It still is an insult that we have to pay for even the 1st bag placed in the hold. Also resented having to pay for soft drinks. Almost all the passengers refused the 2nd attempt by crew to offer paid soft drinks."

Pros: "They took 20 people off the plane. We left 1 hour plus late and took an extra hour to reach LA. Had a sandwich that was inedible. Crew not friendly."

Cons: "Disappointed in the lack of room for one small carry-on. By the time I boarded following the proper protocol, all overhead space was taken. I hate that Air Canada charges extra for emergency exit, as I am tall so I do not fit in normal economy seats if the person in front of me reclines. Overall, would NOT recommend Air Canada because of all of my leg room issues."

Cons: "Flight delayed 2 1/2 hours, plane A/C not working. Waited for another plane. They tried to fix the first plane but they just delayed getting another plane."

Pros: "The flight was good and the attendants on it were nice. Wasn't too uncomfortable and in flight entertainment was pretty decent."
Cons: "We were delayed over an hour which in itself is okay as I understand flights get delayed and these things happen but the way in which the staff controlled the situation was horrible. They made multiple announcements making it sound like certain groups should go to the counter to be boarded (children, people needing assistance etc..) yet when these groups of people showed up at the counter the staff acted irritable saying they would need to wait their turn and that they havent even started boarding yet. This led to massive confusion and a huge pile up of people at the counter."
Pros: "Breakfast and lunch filling and tasty with good options. Attendants came around often."
Cons: "Multiple glitches in flight- Some entertainment systems did not work, so the pilot had to do a reboot of whole system for 20 minutes. One overhead compartment would not close, had to divert bags somewhere else. Planes need a major upgrade to entertainment equipment. view screens are 20 years old, the touch screens don't work on the first try because its such old underpowered tech. Safety demonstration props missing."

Cons: "There were many delays, and I was put on an entirely different connecting flight making me several hours late to my final destination. My checked baggage was also lost and hasn't been found for two days now."
Cons: "It was so late, I almost missed my connecting flight. They were not helpful. They did not communicate well and they refused to take any responsibility."

Cons: "When I flew to Toronto the plane left 15 mins late but arrived an hour an twenty min late. No turbulence or trouble, just late. I stepped off that plane to my connector to Paris when boarding was suppose to start but that plane was on an hour delay. The food is just horrible, anyone who has flown knows this, and on both flights first class was the only priority. They got to everyone else when it was convenient. This was my first time flying with Air Canada and will certainly be my last. I'll happily pay a little more for the other airlines. So if you fly with them, good luck to you."

Cons: "We did have a 30 minute delay, not a big deal but a delay none the less. And boarding was a bit of a mess as announcements were hard to hear."
Pros: "We had a pretty uneventful flight from Tampa to Toronto using Air Canada. That is a good thing. The airline offers complementary juices and drinks of the nonalcoholic variety. No complaints."

Cons: "Somehow meal preference did not get sent to air Canada and being vegetarian I had nothing to eat. The cheap cup noodles and sandwiches with eggs and meat were not an option."
