Bad service as well. Another 3hr delayed flight from chicago to Charlotte.

The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.

luggage and cary on were extra, as well as seat selection. $240.00 was added to the final price tag.

It was good except I was sitting beside a bigger gentleman so I didn’t have much room

The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.

Everything was good. Except Broken looking escape/exit doors over the wings need tending,

The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.

Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.

Great flight ✈️ I requested a vegan meal and don’t think offering frozen fruit cup for breakfast is a good idea people want something warm or neutral like the muffin but it was cold from being in the paper bag with the frozen fruit 🧐 and unfortunately I didn’t have either and I don’t like wasting food so that was a disappointment. Flight was on time departure and arrival flight crew were good.
