My flight form Denver to Albuquerque was canceled without my knowledge and I had to spend 5 hours in Denver before getting on to NM. A heads up would have been nice...
For some reason they wouldn’t my spouse and I let us check in online, so we had to go in person in the morning, which means that there weren’t any seats left that were together. The plane didn’t have individual air vents so the plane was sweltering almost the entire way. The snack before we landed was one of the most vile sandwiches I’ve ever eaten — emmenthaler cheese on dense, dry wheat bread with like four cucumbers and a pile of shredded carrots. The flight crew was very kind, though.

Pros: "There was no in seat power despite that being listed as an amenity. Also, there was no checked bag included in my flight, despite selecting that in my search for tickets."

Cons: "Delayed 20 minutes out of Denver, and when I arrived at my connecting city in Munich I was immediately told I would not make my connecting flight due to customs lines and to reschedule. I walked 5 minutes to customs, no lines, walked another 5 minutes to my gate, and easily made the connection."

Cons: "On line check-in 23 hrs prior to departure is not convenient for out of town passengers travelling to B'luru to catch the flight, couldn't get internet access to do the check -in on time. 48 to 72 hr check-in window would be better."

Cons: "Wheel chair accommodation in Frankfurt is poor, doable but not to the US standards. Lufthansa gate staff member took us to the wrong elevator, ended up outside security and had to go through security screening all over again, now late for flight and not early boarded. Was told she was only on the job for 2 weeks, I don't blame her for her incompetence I blame her management! Plane was loaded on the tarmac via a bus for a large international flight...no gate?? Seats in economy class are equivalent to those on a domestic flight, fairly uncomfortable on a 12hr flight. Many of the entertainment choices were not available, you can select it but all it plays is a short commercial."
Pros: "Nice, uneventful, on time flight with adequate food and entertainment. Good seat recline. Good service. Boarding from the back of the plane makes good sense."
Cons: "First time my knees have touched the seat in front of me (I'm 5-10). Not sure how much more airlines can squeeze us in. Good seat recline is great if everyone is reclining, if not you will have someone in your lap. Had to ask person in front of me to not recline during meal. What really bothered me though was paying for a reserved seat and finding out we had been moved to the dreaded back row due to an equipment change. Strongly suggest passenger notification for this move. Was able to re-reserve seats on check in but there were some significant angst when I found out about this mischief."

Cons: "I was sitting at the tale end. Seat was extremely uncomfortable. I was trying to rest yet flight attendants and several passengers were talking loud. Crews kept forgetting passengers orders/requests. A lady sitting besides me pushed a call bottom 3 times to get noticed. Flight attendants were too busy chatting with passengers to help other passengers. I have never seen that type of services before."

Cons: "My passport was stolen on the overnight train I took to get to the airport. It wasn't until I was off of the train that I went to grab my passport and credit card and realized my tiny little purse was gone. I had to rush to the US Embassy, get a new passport, and then rush back to the airport. I didn't arrive until 40 minutes after my flight had left and I was a nervous wreck. Unfortunately Lufthansa staff could not care less. The guy at the ticket counter even looked at my new urgent passport that had the issue date listed as today, so clearly this all had just happened as it was only 10:50am still. What did Lufthansa do? Well they told me if I wanted to fly out the same day, I would have to pay 2700 Euro additional! My jaw dropped and then he said I could fly out tomorrow for an additional 675 Euro instead. I was still in shock as I felt like I had just been taken advantage of with my stolen passport and credit card and now it's happening again. I asked if there was any way he could find something cheaper and he said that I paid so cheap for this flight that I would need to speak with the agency I booked with to help me out more and then he dismissed me. Let me have you know that I booked this fare during an amazing sale that Lufthansa was having and I booked it directly through their website and now it was being held against me. There was no offer to pay something like a $200 change your flight fee. Instead he let that plane leave with an empty seat because I didn't have the 2700 Euro to pay him. Here I was, alone, nervous, in a foreign country, and I had to get my thoughts together the best I could and I immediately started looking up my own flights. I ended up having to book a flight with a different company and just forfeiting any kind of credit that Lufthansa would have applied to their overly exorbitant priced flights. Good job Lufthansa for being the worst customer care service I have ever experienced... and I have flown over 20 airlines and over 100 flights."

Cons: "regardless of the late takeoff from Edinburgh, your boarding procedures are like a 3rd world airport. the food was 1/3 of a sandwich. that's food? no entertainment on board of course. why do I pay $500 for such flights? I'll go Ryanair from now on!"

Cons: "Delays and cancellations required me to go through security 4 times, deal with 4 different check in agents (at 3 different locations) and 2 international calls to Lufthansa customer support before being able to rebook my ticket. It took 3 hours to get rebooked, and just barely made it to the new flight. Lufthansa Agents at airport were rude, would often make me wait while they did other things, and then just tell me that they couldn't rebook me, and I needed to go to another line."
Pros: "Was served food and drinks for a 2 hr flight between OTP and MUC. Who else does this? My mom was offered transportation assistance throughout the entire flight. Preboarding on every leg of the flight"

Cons: "The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at 4:30 in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Cons: "The crew in my section near the rear of the plane was competent, but snippy. None seemed approachable. I contrast them with the Lufthansa crew from Toronto to Munich who were short-handed but so pleasant even though they were overworked due to some crew members not showing up. Lufthansa food is average at best. The central restroom area on the MUC to ORD flight became filthy. Aren't crew members supposed to police that area? Or are passengers supposed to bring rubber gloves to clean it halfway through the flight?"

Cons: "This was a very long day and when we were told the flight was cancelled and we should rebook there were 350 people being handled by 3 airline personnel and no organization or info was available to all of us in line. It took over an hour to get to talk with someone and then we had to wait for another half hour before we could get our voucher for a room and breakfast after having no dinner! Really bad, but the next day we had an easy flight, just got to our destination late and missed several tours we had booked."

Cons: "Boarding system was chaotic. Not enough space for all people, so many had to stand near the boarding area, which meant those who were called to board had to push through many people. The chaos meant that is added stress to personnel trying to board people in a calm and effective manner and had to shout loud to get the right people to board at the right time. Just an overall unpleasant experience. I was glad when I finally got on the plane"
