Charged for internet that never really worked. The food selection was just ok.
Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. The food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.

I was overcharged either by United or sister airline Air Canada. It's exhausting dealing with companies nowadays that irresponsibly abuse access to credit/debit cards.

Liked the lounge in Toronto. The filmed safety information featuring a tour of Canada was amusing, maybe confusing to those with out English or French, or flying for the first time. With a few exceptions, personnel were polite and helpful.
