The entertainment selection was great, boarding process was smooth. However, the staff were so rude, my tray table was broken so had drinks split on me. I had a child coughing on me and kicking me in her sleep. The person in front of me put his seat down so far that my knees were against the seat (I’m only 5’9). The person behind me used her tray table to sleep so I couldn’t put my seat back. She woke up for breakfast, by which point I wanted sleep so I put my seat back and she complained about it so I had to put the seat upright again!

Unaccompanied minors were boarded at the end, they should have been boarded first and their cabin baggage take care of first. The quality of food is average ... it used to be much better. No alcohol was served in the flight; was not provided even after requesting one; didn't bother to ask again. The choice of movies were limited"

Pros: "Emirates is our usual pick for flying and this time also it was no exception. The crew were friendly, but still couldn't arrange preferred seating because it was during the holiday season. I know this is the section for good comments, but I am very disappointed about the demeanor and the service provided this time."
Cons: "I have called in advance and selected the seats for both inbound and outbound flights. Also, confirmed a wheelchair access. To my surprise, none of them were met according to the commitment. The seats were not the ones that were asked for. I mentioned that there was a medical condition with the leg and my mom would have to get up and move during the flight, but still they allocated seats which are extremely inconvenient to both us and the fellow passengers. We expect better from Emirates!!! I hope they can improve this in the future!"
Pros: "The selection of tv shows and movies was excellent. Very diverse. The crew were also very responsive to anything we asked (water, questions, etc...) They gave me good advice regarding my connecting flight."

Cons: "It was a little noisy in our seats (we were next to one of the crew areas). But the biggest gripe was about the way we were treated when queuing. We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."
