Meals were not so good. Snack between the meals was very bad. Like Japan Airlines, they could eliminate the snack and make the second meal much better.

Smooth flight. From the early boarding and all were on board before departure time and arrived early in ONT. Great crew. Thank you!!!!

Horrible. Got delayed many hours because their pilot wasn't trained for night landing at the airport and a rain delay made it a night landing. We have to wait hours for a qualified crew. They give us 12 dollar meal vouchers but most everything in the airport was closed and definitely more expensive than the vouchers.

We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting

Baggage allowances are terrible and the experience of only being allowed one bag and paying so much to take sporting equipment to a known ski area should be addressed.

Update to handle the delay was very bad, crews no smiles or welcome or thanks. Don’t care attitude

My flight to London from Philadelphia was cancelled due to weather.

While I didn’t watch much tv I would have liked a few more options of TV series from Apple TV or hbo max ..

Experience was good. We were delayed in leaving by 15 mins because the flight was waiting on a family that was late in getting to the gate. Food and drink options were as expected. I highly recommend checking in ahead of time using the airline’s app so that it’s quicker to get your luggage tags as soon as you arrive at the terminal. No more waiting in long lines!

The flight was delayed multiple times, again no fault of American but again the extra cost, for everything makes it feel like a cheap airline! Especially when flights are outrageously expensive already
