Spacious and clean aircraft. Good food. Economy will always be squeezed but thankfully I had an aisle seat for stretching exercises. Good selection of movies, particularly Spike Lee joint.
Unfriendly, 8 hours delayed, no lounge access even flying business. Don’t fly Brussels
Flight from London was delayed so missed the connecting flight. Taking 2 days to get to destination which should have only taken a few hours.
Too cramped up for the better seats I paid for.
I didn’t like my seat in my return flight from Montreal to Orlando at all; considering I paid extra for better seats. That middle seat was cramped up way too much.
Suitcase didn’t arrive to Stockholm. Chairs y comfy and not even water is offered
Bad baggage and people management at boarding forcing me to dispatch my bad despite being the perfect size and respecting everything perfectly, whereas many did not and many free empty spots on the plane as usual… making me loose time and my planned bus at arrival to go to Geneva. Costing me 100 euros extra! So Brussels airlines needs to refund me
I never board the flight. My visa was delayed and when I tried calling Kayak, no one answer and I still have not heard from anyone.
All great. Very efficient. Good emails that kept us in the know
The TV wasn't working No music for the whole flight from JFK to LOS It was too burring.
Flight was delayed by two hours. This really messed things up because I missed my connecting flight in Addis. I had a meeting in Entebbe which was scrapped because my flight from Addis landed later in the day.

Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell significantly short of the standards I expected from your airline. I would like to highlight the following serious issues encountered during the journey: • Cabin Condition and Hygiene: The aircraft cabin was notably poorly maintained. The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. Boarding was disorganized. Cabin crew was rude. Food was okay. Baggage was lost in Jeddah. Called airline for the past 5 days, either no response or saying the same thing as always which was "No bag has arrived. It should be here by tonight."
We had a good flight experience with this airline despite reading many negative comments
Planes are good. However the entertainement system is slow. The headphones are of low quality and I could hardly hear a movie The movies lack subtitiles
Check in took over an hour because printer was not working. Attendant did not know how to give free layover Addis Ababa hotel vouchers or update frequent flyer number. After repeated attempts, got voucher emailed. However hotel wanted printed voucher hence more delay. Bus time from hotel back to airport was printed 4:50 hours, but hotel reception called at 3 pm saying bus will leave at 4 pm. Then hotel reception called again saying 4:15 pm. We rushed at 4:15 pm and bus was not ready until 4:40 pm. Many audio outlets were not working in planes.
I had a memorable experience. I dont have any comments at this time regarding waht could be better.
It is nice and great but the houstees crew are all the way back arguing with customers and behavior issues same of the crew i saw that also all the trips were very much butter!
The crew was not helping us in the airports ..Very bad experience..the washrooms are not meeting the expectations..need more good service... The hotel service was good but there is a very long wait time which wasted time to go through..
Flight and attendance were very good we had 2 hour delay that took the shine of it
Rude flight attendants with poor service. Worst first class experience I’ve ever had.
The plane was very cramped to point there was no way not to touch person beside you and a stewardess screamed at my son when I touched her arm to get her attention to let her know she forgot to give him his dinner when she passed him and gave a dinner to passenger behind him. Very inappropriate response and She never came back to apologize and other stewardess said she was sorry “if I felt” she was inappropriate. Horrible experience and she should be reprimanded for her behavior
The seat design in the premium economy section leaves virtually no room under the seat to store a bag or purse. Other than that, it was a great flight. Arrived early.
Delayed by 5+ hours and they give a voucher for only $20 CAD which isn’t even redeemable at any place with edible food. Then took almost an hour to clean craft after it landed. And nonsensical boarding delayed even further. We didn’t leave until 1:30am….
The flight was delayed, but not for weather. We landed over 3hrs later than planned.
The stag were helpful, kind and liked the passengers. The plane was pristinely clean! Great flight!
My flight was delayed more than once, but Air Canada updated us regularly. Friends on other airlines had much worse experiences.
By modern air travel standards, our 15-hour flight to Delhi was very nice. Quiet-ish, straightforward, good service, okay seats, etc. All good.
Again, it was delayed and then our connecting aircraft was very cold.
