I like the boarding process, it was fast. The seat doesn’t have a TV for a long flight and food wasn’t served, just snacks.

Fight crew was not very attentive and the bastions were gross!

6 plus hour delay with no explanation. No wheelchairs to transport us on arrival. Very disappointed.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

delayed and had to switch planes because first plane was broken.

flight delayed so missed connection and this had to rebook for next day

3.5 hour delay!!! No plane for hours, mechanical issues and poor communication from airline. Horrible! Supposed to land at 8:54, landed at 12:32!

Flight very friendly. Made sure all passengers were comfortable and took care of any personal issues

Standby for us - as travelers with mobility issues - was inefficient and not responsive to our needs. Crew seemed disinterested and disaffected - just going through the necessary motions. Food snack (chicken wrap) was awful to the point of wrenching it up a few hours later.

Ther is no fly,over book .and they let out in San pedro sula ,antil Monday 2 of October 2023
