Pros: "Very old aircraft. Looked extremely run down and many things were broken."
Cons: "We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered."

Cons: "We were informed at the Nairobi check in that our tickets had been suspended because of possible risk of fraud. Attempts to resolve this promptly were not successful. For a first time traveler to the UK, this created unnecessary anxiety and gave us the feeling that the agency appointed to check us in are not supportive. We were eventually sorted but this is not nice at all given the fact that payments went through and tickets were issued and no one informed us of any issues until we got to the airport. Some feedback would be appreciated."

Cons: "Out of 6 special vegetarian meals provided on 4 recent flights, all were pasta. One main meal of pasta even had A SIDE of pasta salad."

Pros: "I liked that we landed 30 minutes in advance for both flights to and back, compared to the other parallel flight via SAA which was delayed 2 hours when we arrived back."
Cons: "I didn't like the cheese roll I asked for as the whole roll and cheese was literally stuck to the bottom and parts of the bottom of the roll were mushy. The staff were professional but lacked personality and seemed a little hollow."

Cons: "from rome to myc through London. ok fine. but arriving in London gatwick and departing London heathrow? wtf?!? it cost me over $100 to make my "connection". I guess you could say it's my fault for not seeing that but never in my life has anyone sold me a flight with a "connection" that requires changing airports. idk if that's a kayak or BA error but it's completely unexceptable."

Cons: "They have a fare that does not charge for Regular Bags....we booked it unknown toy us assuming we each could take a regular bag for no charge....well we have ended up paying an extra 400+ pounds for our bags to go each way to Paris and it has ruined our first time to Paris. The fare online was foreign to us and deceitful being from the US in every way. No one could even work with us or was willing to make a decision but everyone seemed to agree while still charging. No more British Airways Deceipt!"

Cons: "I’m not a fan of the constant PA’s during the descent. Playing a video about arrival procedures for an airport is extremely superfluous. Nobody pays attention and you just have to follow the signs when you get there."

Cons: "My husband and I paid a combined $100 to reserve seats on our flight from LAX to London. When we got to check-in at LAX airport we did not get our reserved seats. Everything had been changed around. We did not even have seats next to each other. Upon complaining at arrival in London (there was no time at LAX to deal with this, as usual that airport was one chaotic mess) we were given a British Airways business card with a phone number that did not work/had been disconnected. I would like to get the $100 reservation fee back. Thank you."

Cons: "We were unable to order special meal online and were told to contact onboard crew for meals. When we contacted them inflight, they said they don’t have meals!!! And we were left to starve the whole night, while food was served for all around us. The really shocking thing is none of the crew had the courtesy to offer some snacks or bread. These especially when we were seated in business class!"

Cons: "I'm a senior citizen trying to stretch funds to travel -- paying extra for an early seat assignment is not in my budget. Logging in 24 hours ahead to get a seat was incredibly inconvenient--I happened to be in a museum and without WiFi. (It could have been in the middle of the night or on a connecting plane.) I then had trouble entering all the required data and was finally told I had to wait 24 hours to try again-- that made no sense because I had to be on my flight 24 hours later. As a senior citizen who struggles with using the internet, it is particularly difficult. PLEASE let people choose a seat when making a reservation WITHOUT charging extra."

Cons: "After first class boarded, the remainder of the passengers lined up all at once. As it was a large plane, there were two entrances and it was hard for them to keep up and direct us to the proper door. It was a minot issue."
Cons: "Soft drinks, bottled water, and a snack were not included free of charge on this flight. My fellow traveler asked for some tap water since she didn't want to purchased bottled water, but the flight attendant forgot to bring the water."

Cons: "Seats in the back are very uncomfortable. Seats are too close together. If the passenger in front reclines there is no room at all. I assume space was taken out to accommodate the first class cubes."

Cons: "I did not like a family that delayed us by 10 minutes because they did not wanted to comply with policy regarding a cello they were carrying. It was very annoying and they did not apologize to the staff."
