Cons: "We had to wait in the rain until someone with a wheel chair was lifted into the aircraft. The Airline on rainy days, should AT LEAST have active staff with umbrellas out to assist passengers. None of the staff thought it best to either have the wheelchair bound passenger board separately (before or after), or ask passengers to hold on at the side until she was lifted. Instead, passengers with children were waiting in the rain while the staff shoddily loaded the poor woman (in the rain without so much as a raincoat) into the aircraft, and with no apology to her or the now soaking wet passengers."

Cons: "Plane smelled like bathroom when boarding. Same issue when boarding from JFK to MBJ on Carribean Airlines. Smell disappears once air is turned on once inflight. Entertainment is not in-line with competitors. TV's are too high and shared by 4-6 passengers."

Cons: "Travel information and history is not linked. I traveled from Kgn and went through great hassle to physically carry my son through Airport to Aircraft. I had to take his booster seat with me because the airline does not provide one. My take is children travel with the airline frequently and I think the airline could invest in a child seat especially for a child with special needs who has to be supported when seated."

I was not even greeted upon arriving at the counter first word out of his mouth was passport that's it. We had a long delay and crew didn't even offer us drinks in first class until we were almost ready to take off."
