Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.
I was lucky to sit in a seat with legroom in economy . The airplane felt like it was 100 years old, seats were very basic, barely reclined. Food was alright , staff was ok but not the friendliest. But all in all ok trip, perfectly on time
Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
The flight was excellent. The crew was great. The food offerings were very good.
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
United airlines could be one of the worst airlines to fly with
The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!

Flight was good. However, they had everyone board the plane then made us sit there on the tarmac for an hour plus due to maintenance issues. Besides that flight attendant and pilot were amazing.

It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.
Charlotte NC agents were great and ended up with decent seats after having to switch flights amidst Hurricane situation. CMH was a different story. Doors to flight closed 15 minutes before departure so we nearly were left behind. Flight crew were OK but nothing to brag about for sure
My initial flight to ORD was extended without reason. We circled the airport a few time and then drove on the ground for at least 20 minutes. These kinds of delays are annoying but somewhat expected… it would be nice if the crew would make an announcement to give updates on how long we could expect to be delayed.
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
After i biked my flights, i was informed my flight was rescheduled for later time
I was mostly pleased. My greatest disappointment was with respect to the timely update to the estimated departure and arrival times. It was especially sad that the arrival time was not updated online once we were in flight so as to allow my wife to arrive on time to the airport. She was not happy.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
It had weird outlets to connect to the entertainment. I wasn’t willing to pay for earbuds, so I read captions throughout the movies. The second security check and customs almost made us miss the flight. We thought we would be going through customs in Phoenix.
As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!
Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto
We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.
The 3 hr delay on this connecting flight was a drag.
We were turned away at the gate because our names didn't match (we used a maiden name by accident).
