KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm
I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late
This is my fifth time flying with SAS and I love it
They charge for bottles of water which is crazy period we hit turbulent weather and it's in a good job period
Dislikes: lack of communication when bidding for Business Class upgrade, lack of clean up after service, no vegetarian options. Likes: plane was newer and arrived on time.
Great staff, attentive and polite. The food was okay. We had premium plus seating, which didn’t give us that much space, so that was a bit disappointing, but otherwise the flight was great. Smooth and easy flight
Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed
Food is pathetic, and the crew is rude. Not friendly like all other airline carriers.
Everything went very smoothly. My only complaint is how cramped the seats are for an international flight.
great.....plane was comfortable....crew thoughtful though a bit impersonal. Full plane might have accounted for that. I left my favorite scarf on plane when landing in SFO Thursday, 3:00 pm. wish I had a way to get it back. Otherwise....flight from Copenhagen was smooth, flight to Copenhagen was on older plane and not as comfortable.
Food was underwhelming. One free coke, charged $$ for one wine. Last year one wine was included. And prices were much lower.
Check-in for SAS at Zurich Airport was absolutely horrendous. Mixed with 4 or 5 low-cost airlines at the same desk with only 2 desks open for bag drop initially with incredibly long lines. They constantly had to get people to the front of the line for flight that were departing soon. We just made it to the gate in time for boarding thanks to the efficient security check. Not up to the standard of the SAS pricing!

Boarding and crew was great. Flight was cold, need layers. Deplaning was hard. We had to take stairs off the plane and I was separated from my travel companion because we were not seated together and they would not let him wait for me to get off so we were forced onto different shuttles.
Check in and boarding was easy, crew was cheerful. Not much to read or do on the plane and our neighboring passengers were talking loudly so we could not sleep. But overall good. Great coffee.
Flyplay is the only way I travel to Europe. Had a 15 hr layover in Iceland. Normally this would suck, but I regret a car and saw the black sand beaches, several waterfalls and sky lagoon. And finished with lamb at cafe Loki.

This is a no frills airline. You cant expect much for the price. Low cost flight, clean, nice staff. That's all I need for the price. If you want more, book with another airline and pay more. For Europe trips, PLAY is the ONLY airline I use
Misleading instructions for check in. Although I did virtual check in and was instructed to head to security, once I was at security, they told me to go back to Play ticket counter and get paper tickets. Also, beware that Play doesn’t participate in TSA PreCheck. I didn’t know that, despite entering PreCheck info when I purchased the tickets. I wasted time in the TSA PreCheck line as well. So we had two setbacks at check in.
It's a budget airline, so forewarned is forearmed. Yes, you pay for everything like carry-on, checked baggage, seat selection, but that's becoming the case with major airlines. Bringing your own snacks and entertainment on board is highly recommended. It's no frills, but the crew, the plane and the flight itself was great. If you want pampering go for a larger airline. If you just want to get from A to B in comfort and safety, Play is a great choice.
It is a low cost airline. Staff are courteous. There is no entertainment. Food is purchased.
Upon boarding, the people at the gate were extremely rude, there were no outlets on a 6 hour international flight, there was no entertainment, all food and drink was purchase only (even snacks), and my seat reclining function was fully broken. The only redeeming quality was the flight attendants were extremely nice. This was by far the worst flight I have ever been on in my entire life
The overall experience was very good and the flight left early. The checkin process was efficient and the staff was helpful and courteous. Of course, the room between seats could always be a little bigger.....

Some help when I asked but everything was so confusing to figure out otherwise. More clarity to direct through procedures needed!
Our flight was delayed by almost 1 hour, and this negatively impacted our experience. Everything else was OK.
Wouldn’t allow my carry on because it just did quite fit the gauge Yet seen larger carry ons in the overheads The overheads were somewhat empty Lots of children Felt the flight attendant really didn’t have a real grasp on what she was trying to accomplish 6 people per row x say 40 rows - number of child = number of baggage allowed It’s all good though/ bring small backpack next time
Air canada always does an excellent job with business class friendly staff great food ......
The crew assigned did not start on time due to delays on having a person call off sick and later having a person not wanting to stay on cancun. No screens and also no beverages provided delay for 2 h 15 min

Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.
I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad
My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!

No complains with the crew. But generally speaking food is awful, entertainment is not good either.
Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

The seats are much too narrow and the arm rests are hard and awkwardly high, resulting in shoulder cramps. I am an average sized person ( definitely not overweight). The seats are a similar size to car seats with the added discomfort of incorporating hard plastic arm rests, that force average height individuals (I'm 5 ft 7 (f)) to hold their arms uncomfortably for several hours. The seats are much too close to the ones in front and behind making it extremely difficult to allow fellow passengers to get out, especially when the seat in front is declined. The leg room also necessitates knees banging into passengers backs for the entire flight. This used to be a quality airline who now offer mediocre service for premium cost, coupled with charging exorbitant prices for basic needs, like a seat, or luggage. Blatant and unabashed gouging of clients.
