Cons: My suitcase was completely soaked from the rain in Istanbul. It must have been left on the tarmac in Istanbul before it was loaded onto the aircraft. I had clothes on the inside that needed to be dried once in Cairo.

Cons: Neither you nor pric line mentioned the fact that the return round of a round trip ticket did not include luggage disgusting.

Pros: Crew was unusually helpful and nice. There were 2 plain clothes air marshalls on the flight. Made me feel much more secure than any other airline.

Cons: My new Samsung Note 8 wouldn't charge on the old El Al planes. Either with 110 or 220 adapters.

Pros: What i dislike:i was looking for a baggage option and what i understood i have 23 kg allowed in this flight.On my way back i had a logagge total 23kg as i was sure i was permited.On the registration i was told i have to pay 1890 griven it is about 100$ CAN.I looked again on my ticked ans didnt see any note about i have to pay online baggage service 24 hours before.I had nobody to leave this baggage in kiev and my mom paid all for me.I am very upsed because when i was doing check in online i was looking for a rules and regulationg about baggage and i wanted to do prepaid but what i understood it was included.So in airport i paid double than it was online.I need my money back! Cons: Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing. Overall experience is extremely bad.

Pros: Friendly crew! More legroom, good entertainment and food was great! Smooth landings pretty much on time.

Cons: There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful.

Pros: Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good.

Pros: The in flight attendants were very helpful and attentive. Boarding was quick and organized.

Cons: The entertainment system didn’t work well to start, and then stopped working altogether 2 hours into a 5hr flight. The staff tried to fix it and were very apologetic, which made up for it. The seats were a little too hard for me. I was pretty sore by the end of the trip.

Pros: The aircraft was big and clean, but the seats were not comfortable. No entertainment at all, not sure why it was list for review. My biggest problem was with their communicates. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out

Pros: The cabin staff was very friendly and attentive. The boarding process was efficient (the long time it took was owed to the large crowd entering the plane in a Boeing 787), the entertainment programme is not overwhelming, but adequate.

Cons: The flight was delayed by almost three hours at a most uninspiring airport. The information on the delay came rather late. Although I managed to reach my connecting flight, my luggage did not. (It was sent after, though, with the next machine and reached my late the same night in the hotel.)

Pros: Cabin crew were very nice, boarding was quick and efficient.

Cons: Plane was extremely cold, the heating only worked after the engines were started.

Cons: The LOT ticket counter personnel is in need of some serious professional etiquette re-training. Always displeased expressions on their faces. Hence why alot of their own people opt for other airlines when booking.

Pros: Leg space was great, food was delicious, alcohol served 3-4 times, and the in-flight entertainment was spectacular. I saw 4 movies and slept somewhat comfortably for once!

Cons: Website was not intuitive with regard to baggage fees. Paid $100++ for ONE bag ans then they failed to transfer my bags to the connecting flight. Still waiting on the status of my belongings.

Cons: I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem.

Cons: Delayed. Crew seemed pretty annoyed to have people aboard. Will avoid next time.

Pros: The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.

Cons: The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.

Pros: This particular flight was parked at the closest bay to immigration at Heathrow. So a late boarding and arrival was made early through not having a mile long walk to passport control.

Cons: Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins.

Pros: Everything went very well! Boarding was easy, the flight was smooth with little turbulence, we arrived on time, the crew was friendly and attentive, the food was good!

Pros: On the airline website the price of the ticket was $3000 and I bought it for $750 on Kayak, I expected delays, cancellations or something to go wrong and justify that price drop. Nothing of that sort happened! It was a comfortable and on time trip with no problems!

Pros: British Airways sets the standard for great customer service...even in economy. Great food, helpful cabin crew, and help available everywhere.

Cons: The aircraft was 21 years old and showed every minute of its 21 years. Economy class is very bunched. On board food was average at best

Cons: There was no WiFi on this flight, and I count on being able to communicate, read through and respond to emails. For me, it's the beginning of my work week when I fly into the EU.

Cons: Turkish Air keeps their planes unbearably hot. I’ve complained before and they always say it’s “Normal” for the industry. I fly over 1000,000 a year and I’m telling you it’s not. Also, I bought an “Extra” room seat and the seat is still ridiculously small for anyone over 6 feet.
