I didn't care about putting my own tags on my luggage or I had to put it on the conveyor. But when I get to my destination and no luggage to be found, I was pissed. The only thing I didn't do was put my luggage on the plane and when I did get it, the luggage was damaged. My luggage went from Kingston - Toronto - Barbados, back to Toronto with nothing wrong with the luggage. They cancelled the last flight to Kingston,so they put us in a hotel. But from Toronto back to Kingston was hell when we got to Kingston.
Great flight, on-time, comfortable for economy class, food was decent for airplane food, free wine
Staff was not friendly to some other passengers, they had to wait hours for coffee. Long layover
All flights cancelled and had to take a bus so I ended up paying for a flight I did not take and a buss I did not want with no luggage for 2 days.
Not bad entertainment, but too many ads...
Poor customer service, rude staff, entertainment system chock full of ads, drove me mental. Food less than good,
