Cons: The food, I was in the las seat, and I get the last thing for food and it taste really bad, and the fact the plane don't have for charges.

Cons: The crew was understaffed. I sat in the back and it took about 1 hour to get A beverage. The male flight attendant was friendly and helpful. The female was rushed and too business like. To see the online entertainment one had to know to download some app PRIOR to boarding. Who knew?

On Wednesday we boarded late and pushed people’s flights back because the cleaners didn’t show up at boarding time and at landing time we had to go back up when the prior flight was still on the runway.

Pros: The gate agent refused allow us to board..even though fully paid we were checked in and had boarding passes IN HAND..said there was a problem caused by kiwi sjd fid no honor our ticket. We missed 2 planes, had to find. A hotel in Mexico City and buy new tickets to get home. INSANE

I did not feel safe knowing that plane has so many technical issues. Had to wait almost an hour on the plane to get to our gate.
