Cons: There was an absolutely awful job done by both Delta and Kayak of informing us if additional delays, new gate assignments, when the plane would be reboarded. Also, people were quite angry that the plane had to be cleaned between the time we got off and the time we reboarded. Just get us home.

Pros: Everything ok. I was hoping to buy food but glad to see almonds as one of the free snacks. Delta seems to be upping its game a bit lately.

Cons: Middle seat, last row. In a full flight, and the passenger in fronf reclines, its difficult to watch monitor, eat, or move

Pros: The staff was impeccable. Boarding was great. My seat was not comfortable, but what can we say?

Cons: There was no entertainment on board. That was not cool. We had to download the app, but WiFi was not included.

Cons: I wasn’t one of the passengers but it’s unbelievable that United was denying passengers in zone 5 to take their carry on. You can’t take what you are going to use during the flight, it is not normal. Is that a joke or what?

Pros: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Cons: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Cons: If I can avoid flying American I will... on my way to Rome, 4 hours delay due to technical issues. Same plane on our way back, 2 hours delay due to technical issues. I did not feel safe knowing that plane has so many technical issues. Had to wait almost an hour on the plane to get to our gate.

Cons: Aircraft broke, had to route me to an additional three stops just to get me home and through the night. Also, still unsure of where my checked baggage is.

Pros: Confort for a supposed 5 hours flights was ok. Entertainment system worked good

Cons: The flight had many delays due to weather issues. We had to refuel in a different airport before arriving with 5 or 6 hours delayed. That happens but the crew was very mean and brutal to answer questions and very poor to hold the stress of the travelers.

Cons: With the red eye flight, there were limited food options. Probably what happens normally, but it was a third leg of a journey for us an we were hungry!

Cons: I couldn’t fly because at check in they asked me to pay for my 2 luggages and I couldn’t afford it so they let me out of my flight and now they don’t want to return my money. Worse airline I’ve ever seen. I’ve been flying international for 20 years and never saw a flight you have to pay for Luggage

Cons: The cabin crew was really awful.. lousy service..I shut the lights off and then they disappear to go into hiding I rang my bell for service and some lady comes by a few minutes later holding a cup of water and I Asked her if I could have some juice and she hands me the water and walks away
