Pros: The crew was great very attentive to everyone's needs and helping to see that our disembark went well. Great job and a great flight. We all got home safe.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that we lost one day in the Azores was supposed to arrive on Saturday morning instead we arrived Sunday after one a.m. and again we were delayed one hour.

Pros: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Cons: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Pros: The crew was good, not amazing and the seats were adequate, not generous. The food was sppealing.

Cons: Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it.

Cons: The transfer at Frankfurt was a horrible experience. The terminal for departure was all the was at the other side of the airport. Leaving me barely enough time to transfer.

Plane never made it to the terminal but passengers were let off in the middle of the airport and placed on buses! No driver on a fully loaded bus for 10 min. Terrible! Didn’t make it on next

Pros: Crew was very congenial, upbeat, and accommodating. As there were several rows with no passengers, the crew offered me a seat in an empty row for my comfort and it was most appreciated

Cons: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.

Cons: Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket.

Cons: I was very surprised that Air Transat doesn’t provide a pillow or blanket on a trans-Atlantic flight! Seems a bit of a stretch to cut corners that much. I couldn’t sleep much on the plane so it was definitely not the most comfortable flight.

Cons: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.
