I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit.
Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors.
I really appreciated the fact that the gate agents enforced the boarding process meticulously. Often times, even when boarding a certain zone, passengers ignore it and board anyway. The staff made sure that people only boarded when their zone was called. The flight and the aircraft was comfortable. The food was better than what I've had on other airlines, if not at least equal.
The flight crews were polite. The short flight journey included a simple light lunch with drink.
The flight departure time was delayed for one hour.

The flight from Tel Aviv was delayed and due to the short connection and overbooking we were transferred to direct flight with El Al at no additional cost. Have arrived to Vienna 3 hrs. Earlier.
Planes cleanliness, professional flight attendants
No jetway, crowded buses to and from terminal, no A/C on the bus Airline did not send a check-in email, forced us to pay for check-in and language.
If company requires to check online otherwise passengers have to pay because they could not- it should be written big letters in front of purchase before customers pays for tickets!
I should not pay extra for free seats because I did not check in online! That’s personal- people who want do it !! People who doesn’t and came on time for there checking in into flight should not pay fees because they did not check on line!! That’s unheard off!!

The food is terrible, overcooked watery beefless beef dishes. Better ti brng your own food.
Movie app required, but not compatible with laptop. Seats were worn. Could not complete work tasks as no internet available.
The flight was operated by Air Canada, who habitually assume either that the people in the final row have no hand luggage or simply suffer from a severe lack of operational storage capacity. Overhead bins full of spare plastic cups. As far as the crew are concerned, no problem, because you can just push your way three or four rows forward while everyone else is boarding and then take someone else's overhead space. When will Air Canada learn how to run an airline?
The flight was on time. The plane was clean. The temperature in the plan was good.
It was a little more turbulent than I expected.
Flight was 2 hrs late then when boarding they loaded all of us in a bus. We’re packed in and then stood on he bus for over a half hr waiting for the cleaning crew to finish. Why we didn’t just stay at our gate till it was ready? Idk but everyone seem to not know what they were doing and very unorganized
I loved the fact that our meals, drinks and seat allocation was included in the price. The staff at Azores air was excellent. The flight crew was friendly and it was a smooth flight that took off and landed on time.
I bought the ticket through lastminute.com everything I had sent to me said I was on a TAP flight. It was a shared flight and I actually had to check in with Azores Air. This caused me a lot of stress as when I called lastminute.com to find out what was going on as TAP didn’t have a flight leaving to my destination it was only after several minutes of conveying there was no Tap flight that the customer service rep said oh you are to check in with Azores Air.
No entertainment. Or difficult to access.
They had us board from the front and the back of the plane, and a gridlock ensued in the middle with people trying to cross paths to get to their seat. When we landed, we sat on the runway for 20 minutes or so waiting for a gate. Customs/immigration in Boston was HORRIBLE, we waited in lines for over 90 minutes.

Departure delayed 3 times. Flight was supposed to be at 8h20 am and we get in the plane at 7h00 pm. We were stuck waiting in the Bus for 1 hour because meals were not all in the plane.

Inept staff throughout at Heathrow. Sat on the plane for half an hour while they located someone ‘qualified to open the door’.

I was very surprised that Air Transat doesn’t provide a pillow or blanket on a trans-Atlantic flight! Seems a bit of a stretch to cut corners that much. I couldn’t sleep much on the plane so it was definitely not the most comfortable flight.
The speed and efficiency of the FAs was great. They were friendly and fast. The plane itself was clean and the seats comfortable.
I was shocked at 1. Being charged for a blanket 2. The price of the blanket I waoipd understand a couple of dollars as a deposit but I found the price excessive.

Customer service. My travel companion was seated in a different row, and mid-way through the nearly full flight, the people he was seated with claimed they felt ill and wished to lay down. My companion was asked to stand for 4 hours during the flight with nowhere else to sit while the passenger next to him took up two seats to lay down in to 'recover' rather than recline her seat like the rest of us! That was awful!!

There is not much variety of what to watch- movies/tv. For a long flight it is a nightmare

The bags took over 45 minutes to be delivered
1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.

The seat was not comfortable compared to my prior leg of the journey. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean, I understand that it's not the sole responsibility of the crew and passengers need to be mindful too.
Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place.
Travel on Crostian Airlines did not pappen. KLM flight to Munich was cancelled and I was rescheduled on Air Setbia to Belgrade, the Split.
That it didn’t happen.
The cabin crew was so kind, efficient, and attentive. All meals and snacks were delicious.
The boarding was easy and you didn't have to wait inline for that long
KLM needs to upgrade the entertainment. It was very hard to see the images on the screen. The planes that KLM uses are old and they sure need to be upgraded.

temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)

Delta delayed us SEVEN times and I type this as we are rounding our 30th minute waiting to get off the plane at Logan.
I was very impressed with the flight attendants. They were very pleasant & very attentive to the guests. The premium seats were very comfortable. The only disappointment was the chicken dinner but the ice cream dessert & refreshments were wonderful.
Flight Attendant Precious was just as her name precious and was very impactful in my amazing journey experience.
The male flight attendant was friendly. The boarding personnel were friendly and apologetic for needing to check our carry ons.

There is a toilet for the main cabin right behind row 5. The door was constantly banging due to a long flight from Orlando to SFO 5hrs 23 mins. Very old uncomfortable first class seats with very little reclining due to the toilet being so close. Not good!!! No real entertainment unless you brought it with you. If this is the standard of United first class now think I will give it a miss in the future.
Everything went smoothly, AND the flight was pretty empty so I got to spread out over 3 seats to sleep. A treat!
Nothing, the seats were really horrendous, the head rest was in such an awkward position that it was better to attempt to hunch over and try to sleep on the tray. The lack of leg room as well made it equally uncomfortable. Seriously, the most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on.

The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.
