I liked that they got me to my destination in one piece. The air staff were nice. Other than that it was a horrible experience. One segment was cancelled without notice. Next segment delayed by 13 hrs. No one picks up phone calls. Rude and incompetent ground agents. They don't care about stranded passengers. Old dirty aircraft. Non working seats and displays. Never flying Air India

Cons: "We missed the connecting flight. So they said we have to wait til tom. We booked another airline for 180 cad two of us. And they wouldn't refund that flight or flight we missed. They said they have to wait two hours before the flight in order to see if we have a spot. We said we can't wait there's room now. We had a hotel booked that cost me 350cad a night they were going to refund it. And we only had one full day to see the city before we flew out. So we were only their two nights. Worse service ever. They said since we didn't book directly through them we couldn't get a refund. I think this is worse service ever had since both airlines we booked form Kathmandu was through air india. I will never fly with them again. And I travel alot."

Cons: "The crew needed to be more professional and prompt in their service. Forgot to offer coffee to my wife twice during the meal service and disappeared even when we requested it. The entertainment system hung on 3/4 of our seats and it took them 3-4 hours and 3+ requests to get them to reboot them."

The seats and plane were really old, and the headphone jack on my personal seat was completely broken so I couldn't use the entertainment center for the entire 14-hour flight. When I brought it to the crew's attention, they were unhelpful and frankly unconcerned. Throughout the flight, the crew had the worst customer service on any flight I've taken. I will avoid flying AirIndia in the future if at all possible."

Cons: "1. Recommend a better presentation of food and improve quality. This is not a hospital recommended food, so stop cutting corners! 2. Improve your seats and make sure they are not ripped 3. Improve your bathroom with quality healthcare items. - When someone is paying thousands of dollars to fly, at least provide them with decent hand soap with a bottle that is not broken - Do not put those bottles that come in hotels, but put some decent fixtures"
