The flight never took off due to sudden mechanical issues. The rebooking was to s lessor class than what I had paid for. Thus is the second time AC has done this so a bad trend. Happy the decision not to fly was made in the interest of passenger safety ( kudos to the captain) but the way in which AC handled the decision was very poor.

When I booked the ticket it said that it was ANA and once I paid it changed to air Canada.
last minute flight cancellation. wound up flying saskatoon vancouver seattle cleveland. all night. no more air canada.
Everything was smooth. Just a bit of confusion with our carryon we were asked to check. We had to go through security twice
Boarding was delayed 50 minutes. The flight going to Chicago was canceled, causing lots of problems and causing me to rebook and miss an event. I was traveling with a colleague, and he was unable to get on the same flight after 40 minutes on the phone, which meant I had to wait for him after my arrival. My flight down was delayed an hour before take off, had to sit on the plane, then 30 minutes after landing to get to a gate. No real food, only juice/ water offered for the 3.5 hours on the plane. Not a good experience.
Not having to pay to sit together. Seat cushions were worn out and breaking down sitting on metal framing, knees jammed against seat in front of me. Not a comfortable flight.
Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!
Check-in was a nightmare. Wouldn’t let us board with our dog even though he has flown on anir Canada before. Only one of us could go. Will never fly them again.
Flight got cancelled and didn't get another flight til late and almost missed the connection because so close. We are still waiting for the bags to arrive the next day.
Crew great, flights departed early. Is was a good travel day.
