Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good

Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.

The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.

Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.

Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.

The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.

They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.

Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.

This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.

Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.

LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.

LOT was very disorganized at Istanbul airport with no communication with travelers. Our flight was delayed over and hour and a half and there were no announcements, displays or anything about it. It almost left me missing my second flight!

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.

Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.

The airline wouldn't let me take my stroller to the gate, even though the website states we can. My screen did not work. Their website also states that long flights offer wifi to be purchased. My 8.5-hour flight did not have wifi available. I pushed my call light to ask for water (I was willing to buy it). It took over an hour for them to come and they could only give me a small glass at a time. Waters were not available for purchase.

Flight was delayed by a hour could have been better addressed. Flight was fine with great service by the flight attendants

They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.

Very poor.!!! They cancelled our flight and rebooked us with very little time to catch the flight. Our luggage was lost. As of now we do not have it yet. No clothes to change on the second day of vacation.

After several delays, the flight was canceled. I was “lucky” and able to get rebooked on a flight that left two hours later. The flight itself was fine although I didn’t like my meal. Flight delays and cancellations are far too common on Air Canada.

Even after booking in advance and getting to airport early, multiple delays and gate changes as well as forceful check in of bags even though it is within size and weight limits.

They served us 1.5 pieces of chicken nuggets with coleslaw..felt like a toddlers meal in business class. Why bother?

Lines at gate boarding is messy. It spills into traffic which causes other travelers to snake around the boarding passengers. Need better traffic control.

Flying Air Canada was pleasant and enjoyable. The United portion was lacking.

the flight was an hour late, which made us miss our connection to sacramento. we are having to spend the night in the vancouver airport and fly to san francisco instead. air canada says that since the late flight was caused by air traffic control and not a mechanical issue they won't pay for a hotel, so two senior citizens are going to have to sleep in the food court at vancouver airport tonight. NOT HAPPY!

It was quite disappointing as ground crew at gate check in are not communicating with in flight crew and did not allow quite a few passengers boarding last -according to zones - to take their cabin bags citing storage compartments were full! No choice & not negotiable but it was NOT true as all the overhead storage compartments by the seating were in fact empty!!! A simple communication between the AC staff would have easily avoided unnecessary inconveniences to the passengers.

We were diverted and delayed due to weather which was unavoidable. Crew was grouchy and did minimum to keep large number of young kids in back of the plane comfortable during HOURS on the tarmac. It would have been easy to distribute cookies or water or to just tell the kids they were being really patient. Crew could be overheard complaining about their own inconvenience due to delays.

Flight was late, with scheduled 50 min layover at Frankfurt. Arrived at gate A54, had to get to B5. We now had 35 min layover with delay, at top speed it took 30 min to get to B5 hot and bothered. Not good. Boarding in Lyon was normal chaos, shoving, and total disrespect for anyone beyond group 2. Boarding for Milan flight was more civilized as we all had to take a bus to plane.

Prompt, efficient boarding. Clean aircraft and knowledgeable crew. Everything on time.

Our flight was cancelled at 21:50 the night before, fully disrupting our return itinerary. I was lucky to still be awake to hear the notification. Rebooking through Lufthansa was difficult with multiple dropped customer service calls. The final result was satisfactory.

I had to fly United where the flight crew was atrocious

Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.

The flight didn’t happen with Lufthansa. It got canceled with no reason given and all I received for my troubles was €20. People make travel plans for a reason and when the flight was rebooked, it was delayed for 4 1/2 hours on Austria Airlines. The flight attendants were of zero help. They just wanted to stand and look pretty. I hope to never fly Austrian Airlines again. Horrible!!

Everything and everyone Was great it’s just the person next to me weight over 300 pounds and was hanging over his seat and pushed up next to me was the worst 10 hour flight of my life the crew and everything else was a 10 out of 10

I had a family emergency and couldn’t board and I contacted underpricer to help me get a refund or just a flight adjustment as i would still be flying later that week, and that hasn’t happened. I will never book a flight through kayak/ underpricer ever again.

The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.

Check in was great. Boarding seemed less organized. Flight was good.
