Mechanical issue caused me to be stuck in Vancouver for 2 days
I explained this tragedy already with Jazz It was terrible starting with Jazz delayed 3 times so that I missed my direct flight to Mexico City and the only option was a 19 hour trip to Toronto and then down to Mexico City I was delayed by a day I had to sleep in tbe Airport on a hard bench I was given vouchers which were not honored I had no place to eat until 0545 and then catch my flight which was boarding I went to the AC counter to c/o and that was to no avail I then had the experience of my suitcase being lost and no clothes gor 2 days
Short flight, you can't do much. On nice days, announce the islands they're flying over.
they were super helpful. Agents at the desk got me on an earlier flight and I was able to get home several hours earlier.
This is a great non-stop YVR-MIA. Very comfortable plane, and no transfer through a city that gets major winter weather!
The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.
I wish Air Canada would provide a meal on the 5 hrs or more time flight to the passengers.
Overall very good 👍 the only disappointment was that I pre ordered a vegan meal and the longest flight YVR-SIN wasn’t on board even though check in said it was and my email booking shows that confirmed ✅ luckily some passengers were not on board and there was a vegetarian meal available, but still, I think you should know because every all the other flights were vegan meals except for the longest so that was a bit of a concern at the beginning of the flight.
Good flight. It's great you can easily go anx help yourself to snacks and water. Crew friendly and helpful. Everything ran very smoothly.
Amazing service, with enthusiastic crew members, and some breathtaking views of Vancouver. No IFE though, as it is only a 1 hour flight on a regional Turboprop jet.
No WiFi. No food. 250 ml of water only drink option. No entertainment options. Extremely bare bones flight
I was unable to board this flight because of visa changes that I was not alerted about and I’ve been unable to contact Kayak to obtain a refund / credit anything.
Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.
Check in was was and the agent was very friendly and helpful The lounge was nice...boarding was straight from the lounge Everything worked at our seats, and video entertainment was good ..food was mediocre
Not only were the aircrafts spacious, but the crew was friendly and efficient. I was so gracious for the included meals on the longer flight (8+ hours).
Decrepit planes, poor business class layout designed to maximize revenue, no decent movie selection.
Crew service was poor and very little difference between premium economy and economy. Disappointed.
Good but could be better for comfort and entertainment aspect
Overall it was not a pleasant experience, I was given the middle seat even though I asked for a change they didn’t honor
Tickets get checked 4 separate times by different staff, would save time if only the person at the entrance and the person who scans the tickets checks them!
