Very efficient and profesional .One of the best. I had 20 minutes between 2 flights and still made it amazing.

Food: my selection was pasta with vegetables, though it was potatoes not pasta. Breakfast was 2 rolls and some sort of spreads— not sure what they were. Worst thing was that we had to wait for over 90 minutes for our bags to show up at O’Hare

I flew business class. But nothing compare to business class. Lounge closed in Vienna. Not exist at all in Tel Aviv. Priority boarding not exist in Tel Aviv despite available business counter. Nobody in front of me was checked in to Business or with Senator status. No welcome drinks. All overall awful experience.

Cons: "an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates"
Pros: "entrance with classical music! staff was friendly. probably in top 5 flights"
Cons: "nothing"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The service with an awful crew !!! Just plain spiteful and arogant even if we flew in Business class"
Pros: "The crew was great!"
Cons: "I don't like the movie options. Some are quite sexual and can be seen around the plane."
Pros: "It was all fine, a bit cramped, but otherwise fine"
Cons: "I had only 40 minutes to board my connecting flight to Vienna, had to run through two sets of security gates and one immigration and a long walk - at 64, I almost didnt make it, and was the last one to board huffing and puffing!"
Pros: "Crew was fantastic and with an exceptional service. Food was really good."
Cons: "Maybe the seats coudl be a little bit wider"
Pros: "Leg room was good. I am 6ft 2in"
Cons: "Seat bottom could have been better. I have a honey bottom"

Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.

Simply the best way to get nonstop to Europe. if you’re lucky, there’s clear skies with views of Arctic or the aurora at night.

Paid extra for the seat to have more leg room they changed the aircraft and gave me the last seat in the cabin and I couldn't even recline the seat backwards due to the wall behind. Asked the crew member she said she will check as she has to accommodate other people and never came back or moved me elsewhere.

Very uncomfortable seats. Was shocked they were that bad in business class

The crew did an awesome job in helping parents with infants, resulting in a quiet trip for all.

Flight was delayed without reasoning or ample notice. Missed my connecting flight and was not given the rebooking information or new boarding pass until I had to ask multiple times. Connecting flight had no room to store my carry on luggage.

Did not get to take it. Earlier flight was cancelled

Flight was late 20 minutes Arrived late 20 minutes Bag to another hour A tremendous inconvenience for me I missed the bud as well Ended up leaving airport by 12:45 am

Pros: "Food"
Cons: "There was loud, annoying static over the intercom off and on."
Cons: "Did my check-in 24 hours before to make sure I would have an aisle seat ... Lufthansa changed my seat at last minute to a window seat!!! What a poor customer experience."
Cons: "Started off by being 40 mins delayed. Not bad, compared to the 4 hour delay I had going to Vancouver. Flight was super uncomfortable. Upon arrival to Toronto. The gate had ice on it. So we had to wait in the plane for over an hour before we could get to a gate and off the plane. And then the entire plane of people (300-400 people I believe?) had to wait for our bags to come out for TWO HOURS! Meanwhile flights from Vancouver that we’re supposed to leave after us , left before us, got there before us, and got their bags before us. Horrible trip. I could not believe how unprofessional and unprepared Air Canada and the Toronto airport was during the holidays!"
Pros: "Air Canada has one of the best buy on board menu's of any North American carrier. They even allow you to purchase Business Class meals (subject to availability of course). Flying on the older 767-300ER also has more shoulder and leg room than some of Air Canada's newer configurations for the 787 and 777."
Cons: "Air Canada's boarding process is a bit frustrating. On American Airlines and United Flight attendants make announcements over the PA to (a) step out of the aisle to let people pass, and (b) place larger suitcases in the overhead and smaller bags under the seat. That way they try to ensure there is enough bin space to accommodate everyone. Passengers on Air Canada stuff everything in to the overhead bin and nothing under their seat, leaving little for those boarding after and delaying the flight because flight attendants are looking for bin space. If they were more pro-active, it would speed things up."
Pros: "Your customers are nicer than your staff."
Cons: "Firstly I will start with the lack of service we provided when trying to get seats together after checking in online. We rang and were told to try at the airport counter. Then at the airport counter we were told to try at the gate and then at the gate when I went to ask I was told to go get both tickets before they told us that there was no 2 seats together anyway rather than looking first. All whilst explaining this was our honeymoon and we would really like to sit together as husband and wife. Then once we boarded the guy sitting next to me was happy to swap seats with my wife as he had back problems and had asked for an aisle seat but was denied. Finally we are underway and I find that my entertainment touch screen doesn't work so even though it is one i can't select anything to watch. Plus to top it off the seat arm rest was broken. Obviously with a fairly full flight with no 2 seats together their wasn't much that could be done immediately but where is the maintenance and actual physical plane quality? Do your engineers or staff not check things? Overall dispite this being our national carrier I am ashamed to claim that. Many of our overseas visitors for the wedding from Australia and Europe also had similar complaints."
Pros: "Quick boarding, staff friendly and helpful. Flight attendants ensured those with connecting flights deplaned quickly when we arrived at the gate in Montreal."
Pros: "I liked the fact that they provided beverages and food."
Cons: "I hated how there was NO entertainment. Honestly on a 12 + hour flight this was a bit ridiculous. No tv, or movies... no screen on the seat at all. Not even a big one for everyone to enjoy! It was horrible... The seats were so cramped and the staff seemed a bit unprofessional and sloppy looking. The food was pretty bad as well. I've had my fair share amount of flights and honestly this was probably the worse one i've gone on with the amount of hours it took to get to our destination. I wouldn't have mind too much if there was no entertainment on a 2 or 3 hour flight..."
Cons: "My seat assignment was changed without my knowledge. There was a charge for my one suitcase. Most other airlines do not charge for a suitcase unless it is more then one."
Pros: "I flew through Vancouver from Boston on my way to Brisbane, Australia and back. I was nervous at first because of the 2 hour connection windows. This might be a testament to Vancouver Airport more than Air Canada, but the flight home after an initial 14 hour flight was pain free. Boarding was fast (the flight wasn't full) and we ended up pulling away from the terminal early. I slept most of the flight so I can't really comment on food. The entertainment was the same as when i left for Australia, which was ok. It had a decent variety to select from."
Pros: "The crew was nice."
Cons: "Boarding was unorganized, one of the ladies was rude and I did not get window, even though I requested with enough time."
Cons: "dirt and stuff on floor between floor and wall, bad, never seen that before in a nearly new plane"
Pros: "Air Canada you suck. Told us that our flight wouldn't leave before we boarded as the computer system was down country wide. We still stood in like for an hour and hey could have manually checked us in as they did others. We were promised no planes would leave and when we got to the gate our plane was pulling away leaving 10 of us to scramble to find another flight. Customer service argued with me saying no flights were going to Ottawa and my Kayak app told me otherwise. Thanks for making my flight home for a funeral that much more stressful and having my family wait 4 hours risking all of our lives with freezing rain drive home."
Cons: "Crew member in first class not polite at all... And there was no food on a 5hr flight even in first class."
Cons: "Last minute plane change due to incomplete repairs was a bummer, but I appreciate that they caught the issue before we took off"
Pros: "The crew was very professional."
Cons: "The ability to scan for juvenile adults acting like children."
Cons: "The WiFi for the personal entertainment system wasn’t working properly"
Cons: "They need to learn from asian airlines (specifically Thai Airways)"
Pros: "Crew was friendly, helpful and very competent. Flight arrived early. Regular notification/reminder via SMS on flight status. Comfortable seats, generous seat pitch."
Cons: "For a three-hour international flight, and at that ticket price, substantial snacks should be complimentary. In Asia, flights of three hours or more on legacy carriers have proper inflight food. Low cost carriers sell food; but UA is not LCC."
Cons: "Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all."
Pros: "The flight was comfortable enough, and the staff were friendly."
Cons: "As usual with planes coming from SFO, this one was late."
Cons: "Saw many backpacks inefficiently stored overhead, yet I was told to check in my carry on even though I had paid to upgrade my seat. Staff extremely unhelpful and clueless."
Pros: "Crew was cheerful."
Cons: "Bring your own everything, even your own entertainment. Download the app before you fly so you can watch 20 year old movies."

The crew was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately there was one child literally climbing over several seats during the flight. I love kids, but there was zero parenting happening. But please let me emphasize, one of the best crews I’ve ever flown with! Thank you!

Pros: "Nothing, very poor seating, to me it felt like that Condor think we are small in Europe. I’m 1,85 and my knees are pressing against the seat in front the entire flight. Nothing from Condor is for free, not even a glass water. On my 20 min flight from Tenerife to Las Palmas Canary Air serves a complimentary glass water....."
Cons: "Everything, no more Condor for me, I rather pay extra to fly with an decent airline with good seats and pitch wide and were they serve a glass of water for free"
Cons: "They moved the flight forward 30 mins so that I only had 30 mins to switch planes at one of the biggest airports in Europe."
Cons: "Actually having a seat would have been nice. When I arrived at the airport I was told I was on standby and did not have an assigned seat. I was forced to pay an additional €90 how to secure and upgraded seat. I will never fly this airline again"
Pros: "Plane was nice. Good was great and there was plenty of it."
Cons: "Crew did a good job by I got the slight feeling they were working their way to their own vacation. Might have just been their youth."
Pros: "The plane is very comfortable with wide seats."
Cons: "My baggage didn't make it to Austin. I don't know when I will have it back. Not really professional baggage re clame handling... The food made my tummy hurt and no choices. Sucks to buy entertainment after a 1000 dollar ticket price and I could only pay with cash on the plane."
Pros: "The music selection."
Cons: "Seating is very tight even for a petite 5’1” person like me. My boyfriend was 5’8” and he was definitely uncomfortable with the lack of leg space. If the passengers in front of you decided to put their seats back? You’ve lost even more space and feel closed in. Thankfully the aisle seat next to us was empty so we tried to stretch out a little bit without spilling into the seat entirely. Entertainment was eh. Two movies from the early 2000s (Alvin & the Chipmunks and What happens in Vegas) and an episode of Tom & Jerry and an episode of Modern Family but from Season 5? Not great if you’ve never watched the series.. About their hospitality... My boyfriend and I were completely disregarded and ignored by a stewardess with blonde hair and thick black glasses... Flight: DE2102 that left September 8th from Frankfurt to San Juan. We received our meals from her AFTER she handed meals to the people behind us - this was not the case for other passengers that spoke German, everyone’s meals up until ours was handed in order.. When it was time to pick up the trays she skipped us both times (with our trays ready in our hands to hand to her) - I watched her pick up the trays from the passengers before and after us. My boyfriend did say “Excuse me” but she ignored him - she probably would’ve paid attention if he asked in German.. She even looked at us as she passed by which blew my mind. Her coworker on the other side had to pick up her slack and was very kind enough to pick up our trays even though we weren’t his assigned aisle. It confused me because she was so pleasant with the German passengers but ignored us even when we made eye contact and smile for her attention.. I hate to say this because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but to be honest I felt discriminated.. My boyfriend is German (speaks fluent German and English) but I felt because of my ethnicity (Asian) he had to suffer for that.. I felt terrible that he was suffering because of me. No one wants that for their significant other or anyone. Another occasion was when another stewardess was handing us our drinks. My boyfriend’s cup was broken and as she passed it over me it spilled all over my shirt. I did gasp from surprise. No apologies whatsoever.. She seemed impatient and grabbed the cup back over only to put another cup under it. I asked for a Sprite but they only had Cola or Fanta so I was totally okay with Cola “Cola bitte”. My German isn’t that great but I did hear her coworker ask why I gasped and she told her that it was because I was surprised they didn’t have Sprite - very untrue. I was shocked and I couldn’t respond. I have never been so disappointed in a flight and the hospitality. I am very forgiving if an incident happens once or twice, but when I see it happen in front of me over and over and over again? That’s where my tolerance unfortunately crumbles. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the flight. I hope I never fly Condor again."
Pros: "The boarding was smooth and efficient. We left and landed on time."
Cons: "One of the flight attendants was crabby and didn't want to provide a drink for my husband and myself, so we just dealt with a different attendant."
Pros: "seats were comfy, food was pretty good"
Cons: "a couple more movie options for a 9 hour flight would have been nice. crew was "distant" not very personal"
Cons: "Non existent customer service. No individual lighting in main cabin, no attempt to fix the problem. Bathrooms were falling apart and disgusting. Cattle car mentality."
