The whole staff was amazing. Courteous and so helpful. Smiling all the time.
Excellent flights. On time. Good service. Better than expected food. Comfortable seats. Too much dependent on personal phones for information and entertainment.
Flight was delayed with no explication. There was ice falling out of vents on me.

The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!

Alaska Airlines misleads customers. Our flight was booked as a direct flight, and they added a stop without informing anyone. Do not fly Alaskan Airlines.
Airline handlers broke two of mu suitcases! One wheel on one of my luggage completely came off and two of the frames and the wheels cracked on another. They handled it by giving my a voucher! WTH! My luggage is a set and now two are broken! Absolutely ridiculous and they took lack of responsibility.
Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.

Michael, our FA was very attentive, even finding me a chocolate brownie from economy class when the dessert selections were all dairy based. ( intolerant, not allergic so don’t usually need to order dairy free)

My TV didn’t work I couldn’t watch any movies, but I was at least able to share with another passenger.
The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.
