I know airlines have to save money, but a little more legroom would be nice. I’m a small person and I just felt cramped after a few hours. However, I loved everything else! Free Alaska Airlines wifi, free movies, yummy snacks, and the crew was so helpful and accommodating!

The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
When I bought my tickets I up great my seats for extra $104 each seats 8A and 8B in the way back from Portland to Palm Springs they gave me the seats 15. I thought it was for round trip same seats . So I was very disappointed ☹️
Upgrading from premium class to first class caused me to almost miss my seat on the flight. The system “un checked me in”. So I not only lost my first class seat, but my premium seat too so I alsmot didn’t have a seat on the plane. The app did not let me know as it was showing my seat assignment all the way up until boarding began. This exact same thing happened to another passenger. And to top it off, I now have to jump through hoops to get my refund. Awful experience with Alaska, I don’t intend to fly with AA again unless there are no other options.

Everything was great. Paid for upgraded economy seat and it was worth it: early boarding, roomy seat, great entertainment choices, free drink!
Flight was great. Baggage claim at both ends (SEA and ATL) was atrocious.
Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.

Efficient, calm when things were delayed and kept us regularly informed of what was happening.
I liked the humor of the captain and crew on the flight from Flagstaff to Dallas. They were humorous.
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.

Mostly good. Flight was crowded but Airline personnel were very friendly & accommodating. It would be good to have savory snacks rather than just sweet Biscoff cookies.

Worst flight ever. I was suppose to have a 3 1/2 hour layover in Chicago but got to the gate 4 minutes before boarding.
A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm
They cancelled my flight and downgraded me to economy and only gave me $250 for the downgrade
Not very good , the stewardess were unfriendly and they don't like to be bothered. Cos was a night flight and they need to sleep.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.
Staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the flight delays (which are usually unavoidable) and the high baggage price.
Could not fly out of Canada. Called airlines on Monday, July 14th. Tried to cancel the flight 7 days away, but they said I could not cancel and there would be no refund.
A little disorganized but overall good. The Delta flights were great though
