I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy. They served white fish.

Great crew, decent food Charging plugs were broken on both seats next to me. Only the USB port was available, and that charges, very, very slowly. Seat was also broken, it would not lock into position when reclining.

not too bad but not too great either. Service on all airlines declined ever since covid. Your Delta Stewardess are not that friendly at all. :-(

I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale

lunch was good; breakfast was kinda meh cabin temprature was way too high new entertainment system but somewhat limited content

Going through security a third time to get on the next flight was again utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. We were in a International secure area once again and as far as I'm concerned should not have been put through the gears for absolutely no reason. The United States can get all the information they need from the travel itinerary, there was no need to be forced out of a secure area to personally interview everyone on a connecting flight to find out their US immigration status.

The quality of the food is pretty good. Thank you, EVA Air.

Seats could have been more comfortable, but it was a pretty good experience all things considered

Eva air is a good airline. The seats on the way to Taipei could have certainly been more comfortable, but all in all it was a pretty good experience.

Staff’s were polite & helpful. Love to fly with Eva Air!❤️

Fast boarding process. Flight was expected for a long haul economy flight

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. (Could do with more selection like a sandwich). The seats did not have the annoying footrests (that dig into your shins when you stretch out your legs.). Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. Screens were bight (adjustable) but could do with privacy filters on them to prevent light from the passenger next to you shining in your face. They need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

Very uncomfortable and crowded seats in economy. Flight attendant refused request to move to nearby unused seat with more legroom because “It was more money for that seat”. It was also near impossible to reach airline directly by phone. Waits upwards of an hour and not very helpful customer service representatives after long wait. Cannot recommend this airline.

Everything was fantastic! It was a short flight but the crew really went above and beyond to make it a great flight. I felt cared for with EVA.

My experience with Eva sir was good except the long walk in LA Lex, that was inconvenient for my age,

This was only a short flight, but it had a full hot in-flight meal service. I was very impressed by the skills of the flight attendants in getting the meals out and collecting the trays back without any problems, in double quick time. The meal I had was also very tasty.

Very comfortable Prem economy seats for a long haul flight. Had a problem with the tv that the crew fixed so was great!

I cancelled the flights in good time but could only get a partial refund. I was not warned of this.

we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.

Not impressed with check in desk staff at Vancouver airport. Not a professional mind service and not cared or tried to help. Don’t think I would fly with them again

The coffee in Premium economy and economy is terrible. That's it. Everything else is great

Very comfortable flights. Not so many new releases in terms of films.

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

Cathay much better than other options Imigration was a total mess on arrival in KL but not Cathay s fault

Halal food options could have been better the first meal portion sizes were very small the second breakfast meal the fish and couscous was very dry and disappointing I enjoyed the Hong Kong t lot I enjoyed the midnight stuck a lot the Hong Kong tea we had for breakfast was very good
