They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.

They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.
Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.
The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.
On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.
Overall, very uneventful and pleasant experience. Most importantly, no delays.

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence
Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.
I wish the app was more user friendly. I wanted to upgrade my seats, but could not from the app. The gate agent said you can only upgrade from the website.
The crew was very helpful. Food was prepared with great care and tasted wonderful. Movie selection was a bit limited. The bedding on the seat is a little too thin for sleeping.
The food was good, but we are not able to use earphones to watch a movie.
Flight was smooth no complaint. Except maybe better food choice for the long flight…
Great experience for a long 13-14 hours flight. Great pilot and crew, everyone is pleasant and attentive to the passengers.

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.
Dinner was served at the wrong time as soon as we boarded. Most were sleeping.. there was no food service carts for hours. We had to specifically ask for water, snacks etc. for the 15 hour plus flight, there should have been 3 meals served. Instead we only got the breakfast 1 hour before landing. Will try other airlines like Qatar for future travels.
No proper procedures or announcements for boarding. Not even water was served on flight. Could not check in on line. This option was not available .
I like the paper menu with lists of food, so that I don’t need worry about to pick up the food I don’t like, because crews are busy to do food service, mostly not enough food information they can tell. Well, one of the lady was not friendly at all, I asked three times my daughter wants a cup noodle during the flight, she gave me the reason is they have half an hour for serving food three times. There are more than 200 people on the flight, it takes them more than hour and half to do food serving, think about it, how long we can get food, around two hours. I don’t like she gave a stupid reason other than to make a cup noodle right away. Unfriendly and lazy.

The employees are very nice and good. The delay due to the aircraft is not a good thing. Planning for such problems should be an easy task.
Bad experience. Departure time delayed from 1610 to 1740. After the flight was pushed back, pilot said there was a technical issue on the aircraft and we couldn’t take off. Delayed another hour to solve it.
The flight was cancelled. I wasn't informed where to check in, how and when. It wasn't easy to get in contact with Cathay service representative, and they were not very helpful... The staff on the airport - Air Canada (I assume) were the most helpful, kind efficient, patient... Thank you for all your help and care, for your patience, for your professionalism!!!
Great, the flight attendants were very friendly and the food was also good.
The overall flight went well and the aircrew was pleasant.
