My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.

they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
Average at best. Typical of WestJet these days. Crew far from friendly.
Very friendly crew & the flying was smooth and as efficient as possible. I just found the leg room a little cramped and, unfortunately, the seats in front of us when reclined really cramp you up even more.
The flight attendants could have been mote professional, talking about other people's life choices loudly and rudely. Delay to board which seems more and more standard with westjet.
Premium class - the food could have been much better such as a veggie tray or fruit tray or cheese & crackers.
Needs to be clearer about baggage allowances upon purchasing tickets
If I wanted to leave on a Monday I would have booked to leave on Monday. Instead, thanks the west jet i spent another night in a hotel on my dime because they don’t even have a number you can call that works. It’s just says due to the high call volume we can’t take your call, that’s it. Our a Canadian airline industry needs an overhaul.
I booked through Kayak for the first time. Unfortunately I was charged in US dollars. Only after booking did I see the tiny American flag on your website. There should have been a larger icon with a notice that I am in Kayak’s US site. I am Canadian, am flying in Canada and was disappointed that Kayak did not recognize this.
Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.
Solid value in general for economy traveler's, tho the quality of the food and general presentation could do with improvement.
Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.
It was only direct flight from YVR to YKA but has no entertainment or food service and was double price of Westjet. Air Canada is my last choice but in this case, they are the only option.
Boarding was very orderly. People should be made aware of what food is being offered when booking is made
The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.
The flight was about 1.5 hours delayed. Facilities at Saskatoon airport shut down at 7:00pm
More room for carry-on. Or having people bring correct carry-on.
Flight to return home from Toronto for Cleveland was canceled after sitting on the plane for a half hour. Had to de board the plane and rent a car to drive home, or else wait until they had us rescheduled for later the next day.
