The whole staff was amazing. Courteous and so helpful. Smiling all the time.
Excellent flights. On time. Good service. Better than expected food. Comfortable seats. Too much dependent on personal phones for information and entertainment.
Flight was delayed with no explication. There was ice falling out of vents on me.

The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
How can we get assigned an A seat when booking a flight ?

Alaska Airlines misleads customers. Our flight was booked as a direct flight, and they added a stop without informing anyone. Do not fly Alaskan Airlines.
Airline handlers broke two of mu suitcases! One wheel on one of my luggage completely came off and two of the frames and the wheels cracked on another. They handled it by giving my a voucher! WTH! My luggage is a set and now two are broken! Absolutely ridiculous and they took lack of responsibility.
Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.

The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane

Michael, our FA was very attentive, even finding me a chocolate brownie from economy class when the dessert selections were all dairy based. ( intolerant, not allergic so don’t usually need to order dairy free)

Amazing service, with enthusiastic crew members, and some breathtaking views of Vancouver. No IFE though, as it is only a 1 hour flight on a regional Turboprop jet.

Once again our Air Canada flight was delayed! I'm hopeful competition arrives with other airlines soon and maybe they will make a better effort to be on time!
Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.
My luggage was lost and didn't arrive on my flight
There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.
The original connecting flight from Vancouver to Portland was canceled and then delayed. I ended up waiting for almost seven hours instead of three.
My flights were cancelled and rescheduled. My wife and I ended up not being seated together and on the return flight ANA lost the reservation, and we were once again not seated together, in middle seats. It was horrific.
The noise level from the plane is deafening. But glad they had tomato juice.
