Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

The flight was nearly empty so we were welcomed to spread out and relax. There was some turbulence but nothing too scary. The crew was lovely!! They engaged in conversation and were very friendly! The food is terrible!!! Horrible wooden utensils, they barely pierce the food or cut anything. I sat in basic economy and was very comfortable. Customer service at the desk was polite and helpful.
perhaps eye contact with the cabin crew, instead of abruptness and an impatience to serve.
Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.
Connecting British Airways flight was 29 hours delayed so I never made it on this plane
It was ok but not at a business class standard No entertainment system available which is poor for a 3+ hour journey Food was ok and service was good though
Great service and air hostesses, took care of all activities very well and smooth
When you pay for seat selection but there website doesn't allow you to check in, they shouldn't force you to a middle seat where both random people around you invade your seat
The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.
Wonderful staff, as always. Arrived in time despite delay taking off. My airline if choice, always. Thank you!
