We traveled with a 7 year old that has autism and he is significantly cognitively delayed. Your site makes it known there are no wagons allowed even if they fold down flat and many autistic children cannot travel without one because they are unable to follow directions or cooperate with walking through the airport and are too big for a stroller. Please consider making exceptions for our special needs children. Also it would be very thoughtful if you’d allow seat selection for no fee for special needs families. The autistic child we traveled with must sit behind another adult in our family because he continuously kicks the seat in front of him and is unable to understand why that is disruptive. We had to pay quite a bit extra to have our 4 seats situated with 2 in row 19 and 2 in row 20 directly behind.

The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.

I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.

Service was okay except attendant over served alcohol to passenger and passenger got tipsy and made me uncomfortable

Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.

Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
