I liked that they got me to my destination in one piece. The air staff were nice. Other than that it was a horrible experience. One segment was cancelled without notice. Next segment delayed by 13 hrs. No one picks up phone calls. Rude and incompetent ground agents. They don't care about stranded passengers. Old dirty aircraft. Non working seats and displays. Never flying Air India
The seats were uncomfortable. They didn't have much variety in entertainment. All old movies.
After vaccinated 2 dozes in April 21 in Pune not allowed to board in plane on 15/8/21, Covid-19 RTPCR Test done, on 13/8/21 .results to come before reaching Delhi. Please refund money. You are allowing in Mumbai train, 2 dose vacationed person in Train.

Cons: "Had booked wheelchair for my parents. The wheelchair staff left them in mid way on both sides. They were made to wait for almost 30 Min plus before we made a formal complaint and he came back. This is worst ever service."

Cons: "Super tight seating, both in the space between the rows (my knees hit the seat in front of me), and in seat width. I am not a big person, and felt the seat was really narrow. Flight full, so no room to stretch out. Interior dated and grungy. Not a comfortable journey."

Cons: "This plane was as old as me....I know it was an internal flight and these planes just go back and forth without any TLC inbetween. It's a business after all. Short 3.5 hour flight. The plane was so worn out, seat padding, there was was none, as it had seen better days, the covers were no longer covering the seats as the padding had disintegrated somewhere and were just hanging onto the seats for dear life!!!, it felt dirty and unkept, it smelled like an old toilet also. The fittings, trays where you could store your stuff was dirty also I didn't even eat the food, I was paranoid. Felt totally uncomfortable on this flight , sorry Air India but you need to have some standards on short flights despite what price you put on the seats. This was part of my long haul flight from Sydney to Mumbai which has marred my experience with you."

Cons: "At first, Air India checked our bags and made us wait for approx 4 hours in airport saying flight delayed and later after 4 hours said flight is cancelled and told everyone to go back home and come back next day to their office that is located away from the airport to rebook the ticket and they did not offer to refund the ticket. They never gave us our bags until after 8 hours something. They never cared of anyone for the entire 12 hours while we were in the airport. We had to spend our money to eat during the 12 hours time spend waiting and ended up booking a hotel room and buy another ticket from a different airline as Air India said they will not be sending us to the next flight as that is for the new passesngers only. Unbelievable experience. We had several stuff tied up to do once we arrive and we went through a nightmare to figure out several items. We did not have phones to communicate and had to go through hell to find a phone to talk with our kids who spend lot of time buying us the hotel room and air tickets for the next day on a different available airline."

Cons: "They cancelled the returned flight from Delhi although we learned later that the flight started late. Gave a connection with 17 hrs of total layover. We came back almost 2 days later. The personnel in Kolkata were the worst. We waited 5 hrs in the airport to but still did not get confirmation. Had to go to the city office next day and from there run to the airport. never had an experience like this."

Pros: "Since my lasr travel inn Air India 6-7 years ago, it has improved a lot. I travelled from chicago to Delhi (non-stop) in May 2017 with my family. Flight is on time. Crew is younger and energetic unlike my last trip. Food is fine. Toilets are clean. Couple of times, They were asking to provide feedback by filling some form which tells me they are genuinely trying to listen and improve further."

At the checking, they told us "you have not informed us you travelled with kids !". A huge food box is given with almost nothing inside. I am ok with no food given but please make sure you do not waste and pollute for no reason"

Another passenger had broken headphones. The touch screen rarely worked and rebooted 2-3 times during the flight. Very old aircraft. I was transported back to the 90s."
