The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.
The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected

Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.
Airplane is too small. Crew, especially the flight attendant who looked after our area, was not at all friendly and a touch authoratative. She may have been the most gruff flight attendant i've come across in 40 years of business travel
I selected "carry-on" for a round trip on Kayak, but my return flight on WestJet did not include a carry-on and they would not allow me to add one. My only option was to add a "checked bag" which I had to wait for on the luggage carousel after landing. Not a good experience.
there was no food or entertainment on that short 1.5 hour flight unless you mean the cookie and the overhead announcements... Those Q-400's are the workhorse of the rugged coast and mountains for sure.
This is a great non-stop YVR-MIA. Very comfortable plane, and no transfer through a city that gets major winter weather!
Terrible canceled flight and lost my luggage. Flew me to Halifax. Tgat flight was delayed, had to spend night in airport chair.

3 hr delay at the gate while they were doing maintenance. Next time, do not board passengers while maintenance is being performed
Baggage delayed we had to catch our cruise without any clothes 😒
Air Canada Rouge is great. Toronto Airport is the usual nightmare
The staff could not have been any friendlier. Lots of usb ports on our aircraft.
The airplane is way too tight, you can hardly enter into your row to sit.. more like kids seats than adults.
