The agent was able to get me to LA when i need it. However i need to ask why she charge me 25000 miles for one way to LA. I think she made a mistake. Spirit Airlines only you need 2500miles.
It was a good flight, crew members were friendly. The flight was smooth and overall a great experience.
First time flying Alaska airline and I was happy with service!
The flight was smooth, nothing too special. But what frustrated us about our experience with Alaska Airlines is that they were so rough with our luggage that they busted open the bag around our toddler's car seat. The car seat doesn't appear to be damaged, but we do have a part missing. I hope they either mail us the piece that fell off and out of the bag due to their mishandling, or make things right somehow. It's frustrating that they were so rough with our luggage.
The flight was amazingly smooth from take off to landing. The flight attendants at boarding were amazing. The flight attendants on the flight were amazing. This was my first time flying on Alaska Airlines and I am impressed!
I can't say yet as I'm still waiting for my luggage. I thought I had given my TSA # before my first flight but it wasn't on my boarding pass so my initial flying to my destination I wasn't able to utilize the device. I called Alaska Airlines and had it added to my profile. It still wasn't on my boarding pass so I had to go to an agent and have it added which took extra time as there was a line of people waiting to be helped.
the flight was late 45 minutes late to take off. once we landed it took over 30 minutes go get our luggage
Look at previous comment, the gate changes at the last minute, and no notifications online or the Alaska App.not great. !!!! Almost missed my flight, I had so much anxiety, not good. The only great thing was the help I got from the information booth, a woman Named Rana, She ran with me all the way to my new Gate, we went on three train transfers to get to the other side of the terminal, otherwise I would have missed my flight after having a four hour layover. Thank You , Thank You to the Woman Rana who saved the day for me.
I am a novice flier, I had a 4 hr layover in Seattle, I check my email and my Alaska app often and there no notifications. When it got closer to boarding time no one was there. I went to the information booth and a wonderful woman named Rana told me the flight gate had been change. I had an anxiety moment, I had to take 3 trains to get to the other side of the terminal, which made me frozen with fear, thankfully Rana took me the whole way otherwise I would have never made it . I am disappointed there were no notifications on the app or online. But I can’t say enough about the Help Rana gave me. If there is any way she could be awarded an appreciation acknowledgment it should be done. Thank you
The whole problem of being denied boarding on flight I had ticket for having to sit in airport for 5 hours and not offered drink or cup of soup at that hour which was dinner time and did not leave until 11 PM
My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
Very friendly crew & the flying was smooth and as efficient as possible. I just found the leg room a little cramped and, unfortunately, the seats in front of us when reclined really cramp you up even more.
The flight attendants could have been mote professional, talking about other people's life choices loudly and rudely. Delay to board which seems more and more standard with westjet.
Not having a screaming baby in my row the whole trip would have improved the experience.
West jet once again canceled the flight delaying my travel this is inexcusable they are not capable of running an airline

The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
Ok, a very small soda in a small glass was all that was served. Pitiful. Comfort seat was not, no legroom at all would not recommend comfort class, not worth the extra.

How slow the security process was and the fact that I had to do it twice - once in Victoria and again in Vancouver - even tho I didn't leave the airport
the flight was an hour late, which made us miss our connection to sacramento. we are having to spend the night in the vancouver airport and fly to san francisco instead. air canada says that since the late flight was caused by air traffic control and not a mechanical issue they won't pay for a hotel, so two senior citizens are going to have to sleep in the food court at vancouver airport tonight. NOT HAPPY!
It didn't happen! First it was delayed. I get to the airport in plenty of time, check in, go through security and then check the flight board and see the flight had been cancelled. I just checked in maybe 10 minutes ago. I looked for an Air Canada rep but couldn't find one, I called Air Canada and had to leave my phone number for a call back. I went back to security who told me to leave and go back to the check in counter. The rep confirmed the flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. No offer of a place to stay for the night or food vouchers. I had to ask for that. It's unfortunate because the flight to Victoria on Air Canada was fabulous!
We were delayed. Only got 1 snack. Seats were comfortable in preferred seating.
Assistance with wheelchair was very good. leg room was comfortable
2 hour delay and no one informed us about it. They left us sitting in the plane for an hour and a half without even offering us water.
the seats don't even have a screen hence no entertainment and they just give you water or coffee.......no cookies or anything. it is a relatively short flight (3.5 hours) but still a little more snacks or entertainment would be good, especially because it is not really cheap. plane was really new and clean and on time !
