Pros: there was high wind warnings and we had so much turbulence even a few seconds before the landing but the flight crew landed us safely regardless. hats off to them!

Cons: The flight was late arriving, so consequently we had to pay a taxi to hotel, as shuttle had finished for the night. Air Canada staff let people know 10 mins prior to boarding that we needed the app to view movies in-flight. Most people couldn't download quick enough, & airport Wifi was not optimal

Then when we get to airport I have a seat but he doesn’t. Then we don’t sit together. With United if you have the card you can pick.

Pros: Entire experience went smoothly. Right from when I booked by tickets to checking in at the airport. I was kept informed of changes to the flight itinerary and didn't have any trouble throughout the process.

Cons: Nothing really could be improved other than typical airline problems that can't necessarily be solved. We did fly out of LAX on our way home and that was more of an unpleasant experience as there is not near enough seating for people waiting to board their flights.

Cons: The flight was delayed for over 2 hours without explanation or apology. The entertainment system did not work on my computer. Either the system was not working properly and/or the troubleshooting instructions were incorrect. This was a five hour flight with no entertainment, in a cramped seat.

Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.

Pros: there was nothing to like. A few hours before the early morning flight Alaska cancelled the flight and rebooked us fir a flight 12 hours later. Their phone is off during the night and we had to go to the airport in the middle of the night to get a flight that would get us to our cruise on time. A

Pros: The crews are always great, and as far as economy fares go, it's pretty standard comfort.

Cons: The seats are far too narrow, and this thing where every airline overbooks, forcing people to check carry-ons, etc. is really getting old. Maybe go back to rolling luggage fees into the price so not so many people try to game the carry-on policy? Seems to be a complete failure in practice.
