Excellent flights. On time. Good service. Better than expected food. Comfortable seats. Too much dependent on personal phones for information and entertainment.

The flight attendant and first class were very friendly, efficient, and wanted to make sure that service was great. Highly recommend this airline.

Comfortable seats, good drinks with lots of water refills, staff was kind and understanding of my disabled mother!

Flight was delayed with no explication. There was ice falling out of vents on me.

The crew seem untrained and uncertain no one ever checked up on us in our first class cabin. I had to ask for water four times and the lady kept saying she was busy when they weren't really doing anything. Had to walk to the back of the plane to get water for myself. Crew seem new and unexperience. You can tell this by the fumbling they kept making trying to fight. (I miss Hawaiian air.)

Our meal order was screwed up. We had to choose from basic boxes. I was not happy.

Made up time on a late flight and made the connection

You can standby to get on earlier flight if the seat is open.

Boarding was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Service of snacks and drinks by staff was outstanding.

Our flight when we finally got rerouted to a different destination than we were going was fine. But 2 days was taken out of our vacation because our flit was cancelled. We understand mechanical problems and of course don’t want to be on a plane that has mechanical problems.Wish there had been another solution.

I like that we landed safely and that my dog was safe underneath as well. Outside of that, we were 45 mins late for a direct flight that is 1.5 hours long. And 2 of my 3 bags did not make the flight. Only my dog was onboard.

Service was okay except attendant over served alcohol to passenger and passenger got tipsy and made me uncomfortable

Could not make the flight. No one would help us at all

Decent entertainment although my wife was not offered any ear buds so couldn’t enjoy. Real issue was the appalling food. Presentation was unacceptable with cheap hard to open packaged bread, plastic cheese again in hard to open shrink wrap, main course in small cardboard box again hard to open, wooden utensils which lack substance making the whole experience poor. Surprised I didn’t cover myself or neighbour as the food moved all over the place. Breakfast calzone was dry and unappealing with the staff basically throwing them around. Very disappointed

The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm. The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. Gary & Nancy Moughtin

I wasn’t checked in for the third leg of my flight, my bag was checked through to Dublin but when I went to the gate in Toronto they said I wasn’t on the flight and had given my seat away. I had to wait 24 hours for another flight and instead on the one I had booked it was now 2 flights.

The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.

The delays were never ending and we were never properly informed as to why. 1st and 2nd delay were handled well, but by the time we received our 7th delay, and then subsequently asked to willingly get bumped, it turned into one of the worst flying situations of my life. I didn’t get home until 2am which is roughly 5 hours later than originally planned.

Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.

No food, water, snacks.”beverages”. This was on Christmas Day. Upgrading cost $100, for what exactly?

Never flown with Air Canada before, but it's now a top choice! Loved it!

Horrible crew, horrible seats configuration, ridiculous space in the toilets, Air Canada is no longer a option.

Crew at gate and onboard were just very OK, not very friendly and honestly seemed bothered to be there. I will give a shout out to still selling headphones for those who forgot.

Flight Boarded and departed on time. The Flight crew was very friendly and accommodating. The aircraft was clean and free from clutter and debris. I will be happy to recommend Air Canada to my friends and relatives for their flight needs. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs as Senior citizens.

Everything. The crew was so friendly, helpful & smiled. We had an excellent flight getting in earlier.

Boarding went smoothly and on time. No entertainment system and only a cookie for breakfast.

Got denied my flight was told on Google that Air Canada was supposed to book me a flight back home because I never was able to go to my destination. They did not help me whatsoever. I had to book a whole new flight for that reason I would write this is zero

The plane was delayed an hour. Heard from other passengers that the Vancouver connection to SFO was never on-time.

there was no food or entertainment on that short 1.5 hour flight unless you mean the cookie and the overhead announcements... Those Q-400's are the workhorse of the rugged coast and mountains for sure.

they were super helpful. Agents at the desk got me on an earlier flight and I was able to get home several hours earlier.
