Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

Good, a bit cramped in the seat as my neighbour was a bit large

There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

A little better seat cushions would be appreciated. Crews were all good.

The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free

Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment

everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault

The checked luggage still hasn't arrived yet. 42 h later. We saw it being unloaded in the stopover location. It was. 5 hour layover so it wasn't a rushed transfer. One positive aspect, it was close to being on time and the crew that came on the clean the plane was very efficient.
