Very pleasant and the flight felt like it went by quick
Major flight delays, it was a 1.5-hour delay. The gate kept changing about 3 times in Seattle. very hectic and chaotic.
We were in 1st Class. Excellent service. Easy boarding. No too difficult to speak with someone on the phone. Breakfast was not eatable for me. No screen to watch movies. I don't have or want a tablet. This is first class there should be screens. Even if I had a tablet there was no place to put it. There is a place to put a tablet in economy. Seats were a bit lumpy.

CREW ON AIRCRAFT WAS GREAT. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ALASKA AIRLINES LOUNGE IN SEATTLE. I PAID FULL FARE FIRST CLASS TICKET FROM YYJ - SEATTLE-CHICAGO-CMH. THEY SAID THE NEXT FLIGHT WASN'T LONG ENOUGH TO ENTER THE LOUNGE. UNBELIEVABLE. WHAT DOES IT COST FOR A CUP OF COFFEE AND A DONUT? I PAID FOR A FIRST CLASS TICKET. DELTA ALSO OFFERS SAME ROUTE, SO JUST BECAUSE OF THE COST OF A DONUT, I'LL BE USING DELTA MOVING FORWARD.

They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
I am shocked at how utterly mediocre the First Class experience was on Alaska Airlines- I really expected better. There was a delay with the food delivery, so we sat on the plane for an extra 30 minutes- not once during that time was I, nor anyone else in First Class offered anything at all, not even water. There's no tv or entertainment available? Really? In modern day? And the Wifi was $8 for the connection that actually works, but free for the connection that didn't work at all? What century is this? While friendly, the staff seemed to be much more concerned with their own personal time while working- listening to headphones, on their phones until someone needed them, I'm so disappointed I can't even believe I was able to find these words.
I would fly again. My trip from Newark to Seattle had a 3 hr delay. Disappointed.
Terrible decision to take a night flight. Not enough time to sleep and premium seat has no foot rest ao couldn’t get comfortable!
Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.

Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather
People pay over $1000 to fly from Victoria to Toronto, and they do want to charge you for a headphone that may cost less than 20 cents! You could add 20 cents to the ticket price and not to try to sell it on the plane. That is so cheap!!!
There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.

Was delayed twice- sat on the tarmac for 1/2 hour. Seat space is very cramped. Overall not impressed. Crew was lovely though!
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays

Entertainment system kept crashing. Very hard to keolep a connection. Plane arrived in good time then sat waiting for ground crew for nearly 30 minutes... makes for a frustrating end to an otherwise ok trip. I'm not a big fan of your Rouge format but we're limited on direct flights to YYZ....so we suck it up.
The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
