Terrible decision to take a night flight. Not enough time to sleep and premium seat has no foot rest ao couldn’t get comfortable!
Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.
Was on a Swoop plane. No wifi and no Westjet connect
My husband required a wheelchair to get to the airplane and the service he received was exemplary. Thank you.
Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather
People pay over $1000 to fly from Victoria to Toronto, and they do want to charge you for a headphone that may cost less than 20 cents! You could add 20 cents to the ticket price and not to try to sell it on the plane. That is so cheap!!!
There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.
All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊
Service and crew very organised however the plan and seat seemed very dated and not enough space
Was delayed twice- sat on the tarmac for 1/2 hour. Seat space is very cramped. Overall not impressed. Crew was lovely though!
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
The flight was delayed and made the connecting flight a last minute dash across Vancouver airport.

Entertainment system kept crashing. Very hard to keolep a connection. Plane arrived in good time then sat waiting for ground crew for nearly 30 minutes... makes for a frustrating end to an otherwise ok trip. I'm not a big fan of your Rouge format but we're limited on direct flights to YYZ....so we suck it up.
The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
