It was fine since it ensure we went to our destination in time.

The space for legs in coach is better than other Airlines you can even cross your legs!!

The only issue was in the wheelchair waiting area before we got on the plane. They seemed very disorganized. Everyone we encountered after that was great! We loved Cassandra at check-in. She was awesome. The flight attendants were wonderful too! The lady helping with the waiting wheelchair when we got off the plane was awesome too!

Attentive crew. Best of all was the empty seat between me and my rowmate.

I really like Alaska airline, it's my favorite airline❤️

This leg was better than the previous leg mostly because I upgraded my searing and the crew was nicer

I like that we took off on time and arrived a bit early. I like that I could gate check my bag and board early. I don't like how crowded the flight was. I had ok leg room, but could feel every move of the person next to me. And the aisles are very narrow. The gate and flight crews were terrific.

Friendly and on time Would have appreciated if they’d been able to help with seats etc on our other onward flights with British Airlines

It was fine… Just overbooked every seat was taken and very bumpy nothing they could do about that. Overall I like to fly Alaska airlines

Both flights from NYC to SFO were delayed more than an hour. No wifi, no screens/movies etc. The crew was nice.

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

The staff were so kind and helpful. We flew back from NY with another airline and it was horrible. We will always stick with Air Canada as everything was far better!

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

It was good except it was quite delayed arriving to Newark.

The seats are comfortable. Flight was comfortable and on time. Love the format of the map (so different from United.

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.

Flying Business on Air Canada is wonderful. With ultimate destination in US, you get the Lounge. Only problem is there was no lounge in YQB so it had to wait until connector in YUL. Flight itself is only about 30 min like the old DC-NYC shuttle so there was no service other than almonds and the bottle of water that was at your seat upon boarding. Would have been nice to be offered a beverage and there was enough time to do a quick pass for the 16 seats. That and having a lounge in YQB are only complaints, but that's very first world complaint. The FA were cordial and professional if not warm. It was a good flight and I'd do it again. But, word to the wise, it's a very different experience doing border check in YUL than YYZ. Long walk and had to go through full screening (including taking off shoes and having to chuck the bottle I had just gotten not knowing there was going to be a frull screening since there was no warning) at YUL even though never left the terminal after landing. YYZ was just a passport check. This is not A/C's fault, but travelers should be advised/warned in advance so they know what to expect especially since you land and have access tot eh terminal and it's stores and food before you get to border check. If you have mobility issues, the distance can easily be a problem and there is no warning of how long it is until you have reached the end. My mom would not be able to navigate it and someone like her may not be able to stop in the middle of an empty long corridor to ask for mobility help. A sign offering how long (10 Min, etc.) the walk is like at new LGA terminals goes a long way. Also can be stressful if you're tight on time for a connection.

Gate agents in Toronto were very accommodating. As were the cabin crew onboard, who were most pleasant. However, the disappointing part of the trip was that my luggage didn't make it on the flight and didn't arrive to me until nearly 2 days later.
