C$ 799 Find cheap flights from Victoria to Thailand

Only one Hindi movie from LA to Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Why we call it entertainment when I have to watch one movie for 18 hours flying ?

I like Eva Air. I’ve been flying it for several years.. I did notice small changes for the worse by the staff. They’re still way above major carriers based in the USA.

EVA Air flight from Wien to Taipei is good, but the on-ground service to arrival gate is bad.

The flight from Taipei to LAX was the first time we encountered rudeness from the crew. From the gate agents to the in flight crew. We had received such wonderful service going to Bali and on our Bali to Taipei flight that it shocked us when the gate agent was rude and then the rudeness continued on the flight to LAX.

Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.

• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.

The food was good, but we are not able to use earphones to watch a movie.

The hygiene of the bathrooms were terrible. Urine smells leaked out into the cabin and the seats were really tight, even for a petite woman like myself. Flight attendants did not go through the cabin enough to offer refreshments.

I was expecting that movie selection and food would have been better. Everything else was great.

Great experience for a long 13-14 hours flight. Great pilot and crew, everyone is pleasant and attentive to the passengers.

Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

Everything was efficient. Good leg room. Food was good. Staff were friendly.

I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

Very good , the weather was terrible, but i admired the professionality and politeness and care from the crew, and the excellent contition of the plane

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.

The plane was uncomfortable. I paid extra for more legroom but the seat was still uncomfortable. Other seats on the same exact row didn’t have to pay extra but still have extra legroom. I didn’t understand why I needed to pay $170 for. It was Iike China airline just wants to make money off their passengers. It was unfair.

Bathroom was not cleaned as often as other airlines does. It was gross for a less than full flight capacity.

Rarely saw a flight attendant. Never received what I wanted from drink service. Twice I was told they would return with my order. I never saw the flight attendant again. I has requested a Moslem meal. I did not receive. It

The crew is amazing, very attentive. They went above and beyond when we had a small spill. the food on this trip was not nearly as good as other Cathay flights. The economy seats are very comfortable, but when the person in front of yo reclines, you need to recline to see your screen or be comfortable.

Cathay Pacific helps me with the planning due to weather delays. Well planed flights.

Cathay Pacific handle my plane delay very well. I will book with Cathay Pacific again in the future trips.

Flight crew went above and beyond to make sure the flight was enjoyable for us!

I like the paper menu with lists of food, so that I don’t need worry about to pick up the food I don’t like, because crews are busy to do food service, mostly not enough food information they can tell. Well, one of the lady was not friendly at all, I asked three times my daughter wants a cup noodle during the flight, she gave me the reason is they have half an hour for serving food three times. There are more than 200 people on the flight, it takes them more than hour and half to do food serving, think about it, how long we can get food, around two hours. I don’t like she gave a stupid reason other than to make a cup noodle right away. Unfriendly and lazy.

The flight was delayed for half an hour, hope this can be better

Flight delayed in NYC and missed Hong Kong connecting flight to Guangzhou. While being given a hotel room and a 30 dollar voucher to eat in the airport, the delay caused a few big inconveniences , a 12 hour delay should have been better compensated for.

The crew staffs are very nice. The temperature is too low.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.

It was delayed then we turned around so not good.

Solid value in general for economy traveler's, tho the quality of the food and general presentation could do with improvement.

Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.

Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it

Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.

Could have a somewhat larger snacks. Appreciate the free wine.

Excellent and friendly service. Interesting snacks and free wine and beer are pluses.

Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.
