I paid extra to have a seat with more leg room next to a door. Turns out that is next to the bathroom. Customers disrespected my space the entire trip by stepping on my feet and tripping over me. You need to do a better job defining the space! Others had leg room under the seat in front of them and then used my space as a lounge and waiting area. Never again!
Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.
It was a smooth flight both in the sky and landing!
Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.
Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.
They didn't open the Check-in desks for almost an hour after they should've been open (even though encouraged us to check-in our carry-on luggage because it was going to be a full flight). They alerted us that the flight would be delayed but slow-rolled informing us of the extent of the delay...which ended up being over 3 hours. As a result of this, I missed my connecting flight and had to stay over-night in Munich when it would've been a lot better for me to just stay in Warsaw another night....Lufthansa wasn't done with me yet though as I had more bad experiences with them after getting to Munich.
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.
As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
Excellent flight overall. Lufthansa Business service was excellent with great cabin crew and very good food and wines. The seat comfort was excellent. Only a slight reduction in score due to the 747-400 being a relatively loud aircraft these days.
Food was good! Crew very polite however when asked to adjust temperature did not help! It was freezing! Seats uncomfortable 😣
