The transfer in Toronto for my connection , was a close call. The custom lines were long . More time needed between flights for no issue for connecting flight.
Online check in the night before made boarding easy. Free check in of luggage at the gate was also offered. Crew offered drinks twice. Wish they would give food like they used to instead of selling it. On board entertainment was good & worked well. Surprised that it was a full flight but it was comfortable. Boarding and deplaning was organized and check in luggage came out promptly!
Cons: "We were not informed our flight had been cancelled"
Cons: "The entertainment system was lagging and the seating was tight , I got to be close and bond with my 70 year old neighbor"
Pros: "It was a small twin prop so there was only one cabin crew, but she was really pleasant."
Cons: "Instead of just staying on the plane we were required to deplane and take all of our luggage and haul it all through a long winding ramp and hallway into the airport. As soon as we got there, they said it was boarding immediately and we had to turn around and haul it all right back."

Cons: "Our flight was turned around after we had gotten to Toronto. They claimed that they had shut down the airport due to bad weather. They took us back to Montreal where we sat in on the tarmac for two hours. They said that there was a second storm Coming through Toronto and that the airport was shutdown again. They then canceled our flight. After standing in line for three hours at customer service they told me they couldn't get me on another flight until tomorrow night and ariving at my destination two days later. The coustomer service rep then told me to just go ahead and call the customer service number because she couldn't help me. They said they wouldn't pay for any accommodations because it was weather related. The issue with their argument is that only one other flight was canceled into Toronto. Air Canada actually had several more flights that day that that landed in Toronto after they told us the airport was closed. The customer service was embarrassing. They had us wait for over three hours to be helped and there were four desk which at most times they only had two people working. Many times there was only one person. The entire thing was pathetic."

Pros: "Flight from Windsor to Toronto wa good. The connecting flight was cancelled and the next flights was over booked so we had to over night in Toronto. Then get up at 530 to get the 6am hotel shuttle in order to get back to airport for our 8am flight. They seem to always cancel the 9pm flight from Thunder Bay to Toronto because not full enough."

Pros: "This was my first time in Canada never been there before I had a great time until that one moment I had to deal with workers from air Canada except one agent at the ticketing desk....I had checked in online the day before however I had some card issues because they got shut down by my bank and due to the holiday in America I was unable to call my Bank prior to the airport....got to the airport and tried to explain that all I wanted to do was pay for my bag with cash ...but no one took the time out to listen each time i tried explaining myself I was send to a different location to join another line ....by the time I got to someone who was willing to listen my flight was closed ..her name was Aurora and gave me nothing but attitude when I explained my story......anyways finally got to ticketing and a met the only agent that day who exercise some level of customer service that day...if only I could remember her name ...sigh she went the extra mile because at this point I was frustrated and unsure if I would make it out of the country a sane person due to the amount of chaos I experienced prior. She got LISTENED .....SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN...got me on a new flight and went above an beyond to assist me that morning I was on the verge of a breakdown at that point all other staff member was very disgusting not only to my self but the other individuals who had mishaps that morning."
Pros: "A reasonable amount of leg room (I'm 6'1" and didn't have my knees pressed against the seat ahead), decent selection of films, and regular food--airplane food, but decent for that."

Cons: "Food was bland, but as expected on a transatlantic route. Good selection of drinks. One of the suitcases missed the flight, but was promptly delivered the following day. It would have been nice if this could have been notified earlier, rather than having to wait for all passenger's luggage to be delivered before realising that our's was not there."

Cons: "The worst part of thiis experience with Air Canada was the fact that there was no entertainment on board . They are supposedly switching to this system where you are supposed to download the Air Canada entertainment app on your phone or your tablet to be able to watch anything . Even though I supposedly had free Wi-Fi in The Athens airport, I was unable to download the app so I spent 11 hours with nothing to do on my way to Montreal. I wonder what they expect elderly or very young flyers to do . Most of these don't have tablets or smart phones . They did have some tablets for rent for $10, but not enough for everyone. Would not recall mend this airline for a transatlantic flights without checking whether the airplane has onboard entertainment first ."
Cons: "I was BUMPED not just on the flight I had booked and payed for a month in advance But I was at the airport 2 hours before my scheduled departure. I had to wait for available seat on the 3rd!!! flight out after mine."

Only 4 agents working the counters with a line of about 80+ or so people trying to check in with no supervisor present to make things better or get more counters open. Security didn't stamp boarding pass so had to go back to security check point to get boarding pass stamped before boarding. And it is no longer "random selection" when you get "randomly" selected for extra screening every time you travel from Toronto!!!"

Cons: "When i checked out the cabin after i bought the tickets i was under the impression that there would be screens on the plane to view movies for free. Instead they were offering for $10 to buy a ipad and more money for headphones to rent for the flight to watch movies. Kind of was a disappointment but i read a book which is always better to do anyway."

Flight was overbooked n they bumped me off to a later flight. Then the airline lost my luggage and I was sent pillar to post to report it."

Pros: "Boeing 787 is a terrific modern aircraft."
Cons: "Due to an hour+ boarding delay, the gate area was overwhelmed with people concurrently boarding international flights at two comingled gates. Overlapping PA announcements, both live and prerecorded, had lots of folks confused."
