One crew member, Brandy was very helpful with recovering phone lost in customs. The plane was ancient and poorly maintained. Checked baggage did not arrive with flight. Almost missed flight because if insanely short layover time. Air Canada is worst flight I have ever booked with Kayak. Wanted to charge for headsets for on flight media.

this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.

Flight was oversold. Seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update

Boarding is always chaotic. Delay was over 2 hours while inside plane . Crew not very friendly

The flight was good. My luggage didn’t land with me when I arrived in Columbus. So grateful I was able to get my luggage back within the 2 hours😍👍.

I was rescheduled when I missed my flight due to border clearance issue

I never got to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.

Terrible. Lost our luggage for 4 days. Did not advise passengers there was a strike in Barcelona Airport and had zero personnel on hand at airport to advise passengers on where to go to file claims. We had to fend for ourselves. No assistance at all other than an online claims submission process that we had to find out about on our own.

The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.

All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.

A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.

Not bad. We had preboarding tickets but the preboarding was badly managed. We lined up behind all the parents with little kids etc and when we got to the front of the line the attendant deliberately turned away from us and ignored us until I asked to be allowed to go to the gate. She started telling us that we had to wait until I told her we had preboarding then she let us through.

The crew was caring and attentive in making my flight comfortable as I was travelling with an injury.
