Pros: "This was a redeye flight which are never the best. We upgraded to first class for a chance to sleep. The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling."

Pros: "Crew was super helpful and very accomodating"
Cons: "Can’t think of anything. A few times I’ve flown Delta, the service has improved. Having helpful staff on board is very important . Years ago it was very unpleasant to fly Delta because of rude flight attendants especially on us domestic flights. Hopefully that has all changed. Especially the older crew. If they can’t stand doing better customer service they need to retire . Happy to fly Delta and will let people know."

Cons: "Crew was chatty with each other & joking with one another but almost rude about serving us. Ran out of sandwiches for purchase at lunch flight & simply threw snacks at us. Made “ exhausted” comment about getting a lime wedge for a margarita & then went to rear of plane to chat with other flight attendents. Worse, we booked with kayak, but actually the delta/ Aeromexico flight was booked with vayama. When one flight changed departure time, we no longer had our great pre-selected seats & couldn’t check in online. We had to work it out with delta & then aero Mexico t. After 30 min on the phone we got the last 3 bavk row seats near the toilets & cackling, aging flight attendants. No reclining or real food made for a lousy 3 1/2 hr lunch flight. No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"

I had to transfer to a flight 2 hrs away from my home only to still be on the floor of Atl airport because they are unable to appropriately de-ice planes."

Pros: "Excellent flight from boarding to arrival. The flight crew performed beyond expectation. There were obvious obstacles in their way when performing their duties and customer service. What stood out as stellar was their patience in helping people where english was not their first language. When serving beverages to these passengers the flight attendants would ask what beverage they prefered. Their answers were inaudible and confusing. Attendants displayed container beverage and when it was still unable to understand their poor answers they did not give up. Finally it was understood they would like hot tea, and i noticed they performmed beyond expectation. These asian passengers would clogg the isles for attendants by going to the washroom and visiting other friends on this flight creating serving obstacles. Frankly, I prayed for the attendants when they were climbing over seated passengers and appeared orientationally lost from their seats on this flight. You would think it was their first flight; but then the flight attendant would appear, and in classic manner would ask - Can I help you? I am comforted by the displayed patience, ability to take punishment from disfunctional riders who failed to notice how other passengers behaved and how professionally the crew operated from beginning to end. I always prefer to fly with Air Canada. Thank you!"

Cons: "Poor entertainment selection for such a long flight. Very little food for Sydney/ Vancouver leg and I am small eater."

Cons: "Disappointed in the lack of room for one small carry-on. By the time I boarded following the proper protocol, all overhead space was taken. I hate that Air Canada charges extra for emergency exit, as I am tall so I do not fit in normal economy seats if the person in front of me reclines. Overall, would NOT recommend Air Canada because of all of my leg room issues."

Cons: "Regarding Air Canada Rouge service: If you are over 6' in height your knees will not fit in the assigned space."

Cons: "Someone else was sitting in our seats and when asked they said they had lost their boarding pass and hence don't know their seat number. I called the flight attendant for help and he checked our boarding passes and asked us to wait at the back of the plane. He stood there for another 10-15 minutes and we were not helped. Finally, another flight crew member came down to the back and asked us to sit in a row almost to the back with barely any legroom. I am 6'2" and was cramped into the seat. It was horrible!!"

Pros: "cruising slightly high to avoid turbulence, the way from Toronto to Winnipeg we were flying on altitude 26,000 and then 30,000 feet. on west jet we were flying on altitude 39,000 feet with less turbulence. thanks"
