My flight was cancelled due to weather but Westjet got me on a new flight in a timely and efficient manor.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.
Lots of overhead storage and a good crew and service.

It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
Was a short flight, not good or bad. Extremely cramped and I'm only 6feet 1inches. 295lbs.
Smooth process, on time. Everything ran perfectly. It would be nice to have in flight entertainment and better food choices but these were short flights so not a big deal
Difficult to say. Over crowded but that is the fault of the airplane not WestJet
No problems here. WestJet does a good job, even on their short haul flights
It was good except I was sitting beside a bigger gentleman so I didn’t have much room

Plane was smooth. More of a YVR issue, but the gate at departure was JAM PACKED with people and departing flights. Literally standing room only around the gates... This should be staggered or spread out better. Other than that, the flight was fine.
Sat on the tarmac with no ventilation for almost an hour, without a single word from the crew. Appalling. When Air Canada goes bankrupt, again, almost everyone in Canada will be cheering.
It was only direct flight from YVR to YKA but has no entertainment or food service and was double price of Westjet. Air Canada is my last choice but in this case, they are the only option.
The plane for my second flight was reassigned. We had to wait for them to get a different plane out of the hangar and call in a crew
I didn’t fly I had to cancel as I booked the flight incorrectly, as in reverse order. I hope I wasn’t charged as I cancelled immediately.
I really find they have good service but need to serve meals on flights longer than 5 hours. Very cheap of them as I am a large stock holder and find they can afford it. Really like tracking my bag and the updating of flight info etc on my text and emails.
Beverage card could have more choices, There was no Soda water, coffee, tea etc.
The flight attendant didn’t wake me up when I fell asleep. I liked that.
