My flight was cancelled due to weather but Westjet got me on a new flight in a timely and efficient manor.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.
The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!
Lots of overhead storage and a good crew and service.
On time. Friendly and efficient staff at check in and flight crew.
It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.
Our seats that I had paid extra for near the front of the aircraft were no longer available on this replacement aircraft. We were told we either had to accept the new replacement seats in row 27 near the back in seats E and B, no longer together, or sit in the very back in row 30 squeezed into E and F seats that do not recline or have trays that provide a flat platform for a refreshment. This is not what I had expected. However, again your flight crew did the best they could given the circumstances.
Westjet delayed then rebooked us on flights for economy class when we paid for business class and now need a refund for fare difference and they aren't getting back to us
Understood that Premium domestic passengers had access to the Plaza Lounge at Winnipeg, James Richardson Airport. Not the case. Not a good start to the trip. Generally fly Business Class on Air Canada which includes access to the Maple Leaf Lounge. All future flights will be with Air Canada.
Very tight leg room and not a fan of the new policy on no free carry on luggage. Besides that, it was fine.
Flight delay, cancellation rescheduling and misdirected luggage which created some stress. It all worked out in the end.
If you have checked the status of my booking you would have seen that it was cancelled. And the travelers insurance we purchased only covered $100 per ticket. So my overall experience with kayak and air canada is poor
Send me 20 dollars and i will do the survey. You survey people think we do things in life to do surveys.
I missed my connection flight, I don't have anywhere to stay I am lost
I sat in a business class bulkhead row which I paid full price for. I carried on a backpack only, which held my medications and valuables. I placed it in the overhead bin above my head as there is no seat in front of me to put the bag under. The very last person to board had a roller bag, with no more room in the overheads. Rather than inconveniencing someone in coach or a flight crew, the flight attendant (Luis) insisted that my smaller backpack move to an overhead bin several rows behind me (where I had no line of sight to my valuables) to accomodate this last minute straggler. He told me that I paid full price for my seat and not the storage space. Unacceptable.
The plane could not be located at Toronto, leading to signifiant delay. Then when the plane finally was brought to the gate, it was too cold and had to be heated, making further delays.
Flight delayed and baggage claim in Toronto took almost an hour
I did not complete a booking with kayak for this trip so cannot rate
The power outlets for the entire row was not working
