After they told us they did not have this item, another passenger from Russia sitting in 3A started complaining and they miraculously found the pancakes for this passenger. this leaves a bad impression about the service and not what you expect when you buy a business class ticket."

The 787 is a spacious plane up front, but LOT uses the traditional 2-2-2 layout with no direct aisle access from window. Also means you're still sleeping close and next to a total stranger. I don't know, I've so gotten used to Delta's biz layout with their direct aisle access and no touch points to a fellow traveller, I don't think I can look at anything more traditional as not a compromise and downgrade."

I don't expect champagne service in Economy but the flight attendants could have been more proactive in walking down the aisles occasionally rather than just when handing out meals. If you needed a drink the best option was to head to the back of the plane and pour it yourself. In fact, most of the passengers did precisely this!"

Good news(!)...there's on more flight...at 2230. I opted out for the train instead. LOT graciously gave me a voucher to take a taxi to the train station in Warsaw. It all worked out. It took about an hour to gather my luggage at Warsaw due to the bag being re-booked on the later flight automatically."

Only positive on this flight was the friendly crew members. False advertising all around otherwise."

Then i proceeded to go to baggage claim where my bag never showed up and when I finally saw that it wasn't showing up I sprinted to my next flight and got to the door 15 seconds after it closed. Then i had to spend the night in NYC and was unable to go to buffalo unitl the morning after having spent already the whole day in the airport since my first flight didn't take off until about 5 hours after it was scheduled. And now I still do not have my bag, and jet blue says they never got it from LOT airlines"

Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Portugal deserves a better airline than this one. Last the best of all, $90 dollars per bag we checked in, so we spent $360 dollars just to carry our luggage."

To make matters worse, there was no plug-in in case you wanted to watch entertainment of your own on phone/iPad."

My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."

Check in process was absolutely horrible. I've never had such a bad experience. They were say8ng I needed to complete a form rhey didn't even know what it was or what it was for. Then another Staff member was extremely rude to me for no reason. Started almost yelling at me and told me to stand back. I was not talking loud or rude at all and she just treated me terribly. I heard her treat others with attitude as well. Another one said we needed to all get on our flights on time so they didn't have to work overtime again!! As someone who works in Healthcare where you can be mandated overtime and redeployed I found this very unprofessional and unnecessary to tell all the customers this!!
It was a great flight did not eat a meal on the plane
Like most Air Canada (AC) flights, it was delayed. And in this case, there were luggage problems. Somehow someone else's luggage got assigned to my ticket so that created some confusion but was easy to resolve and I ended up having a nice visit with the people who's luggage was attached to my ticket. This is touchy subject for me as AC has lost my luggage many times (or the airport, I'm just not certain who to point at as I don't know) In flight was pretty standard, one lady was wonderful and the rest seemed mediocre in comparison. We landed in Toronto and had to wait on our gate, then pulled into our gate and spent an additional 30 minutes waiting for a ramp to get off the plane. I don't know who was at fault here, Pearson's horrible organization and terrible management or if AC didn't plan to have it there. To do better, more attention in the bag drop process would be good. Then hold the airport accountable for the lost luggage (I'm looking at you Pearson from the time you sent my domestic flight luggage to Turkey).

There didn’t seem to be any air vents above the seats so the flight was very stuffy. We will never fly Rouge again."

AirCanada's alternative is to rent an iPad from them, just another way for airline companies to get money out of us. The movie choices on their app were bad and older. International flights usually have new movies to so it is less likely passengers have seen them already."

They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Cons: "Very narrow and very uncomfortable seats. Didn't have any free snacks or drinks. I asked about free water, the crew even didn't offer to bring it. For free water you have to go to the back of the airplane to get a small cup. Didn't have any entertainment."

Cons: "Even though I'm a star Alliance frequent traveler status holder, and the status grants an extra bag on economy class I was forced to pay for my first checked in bag. Furthermore, since I assumed I'll be getting my checked in luggage for free (as it states on the miles and more website) I didn't pay for it in advance a fee of 35$, meaning they made me pay 65$ in the airport."

Cons: "Aircraft need to stay grounded for 2 hours for repairs... After we already boarded! It was very hot, everyone was sweating profusely and facing themselves with magazines. The flight should have just been delayed and everyone should have waited in the comfort of the airport terminal to board later rather than suffering. The headrests are horrible. They jut out and but stress on you upper back, and force you to slouch, which hurts your lower back. I am a pretty resilient young dude, but even I was packing my sweatshirt, pillow, and blanket behind my back to make the seat mildly comfortable. A car style seat would have been much much more comfortable. Worst of all, I had a 12 hour layover, and during that time MY BAG DIDN'T EVEN GET PUT ON THE PLANE! I am on a budget so I couldn't buy toiletries and clothes to wear so I stank for days before my bags were located, brought from Toronto to Brussels, and then delivered to where I'm staying in Belgium. This is easily the worst flying experience I have ever had in my life."
Cons: "The flight was canceled. I found out the day before my departure - the airlines didn't even contact me to let me know - and I never got reimbursed for the canceled flight. I had to purchase a $1500 new ticket to get back home in time. I wrote to the Brussels Airlines and they never addressed these complains."

They only offer two free movies, a few tv episodes, and music. 5. They serve you food twice. No snacks. No alcohol."

Cons: "I'm 6'6" and barely fit in the seats. I've learned to live with that, but it was frustrating that only 2 of the 7 front-row seats with extra legroom in the section were occupied before the flight, and a flight attendant chose a much shorter and not elderly passenger to fill a third seat in that row, leaving no alternative seating options for me and my wife to request. Most other airlines notice my size/discomfort right away and offer to work with me, especially on transatlantic flights. Food and entertainment had limited options and were nothing to get excited about, but you get what you pay for."
Cons: "First, we went to check-in to get our boarding passes, onlyfor the woman at the counter to tell us we were on Stand-By... for the flight we bought VERY expensive tickets for a YEAR in advance, because they overbooked the flight (100% the AIRLINES fault). Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone."

ONE SCREENER TELLING US TO DO ONE THING AND THEN OTHER SCREENERS REQUIRING US TO GO BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE FOR THEIR MISTAKE... THE FLIGHT THEN LEFT MORE THAN AN HOUR LATE... TERRIBLE MOVIE SELECTION WAS VERY POOR..."
Pros: "The absolute most uncomfortable seats I have ever flown in. Not something to save $$"
Pros: "This flight was a little more challenging. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. I do appreciate thought that the Condor airline made the necessary arrangements to ensure their passengers can make the connection to their final destination even though we landed past the time we were to make our next connection. They too care of making sure to secure another flight for the passengers who missed their first connection. Great job. I made it back home the same day."
Pros: "Premium economy is far better than economy - economy has far less leg room, and as I'm 5'11" that made a big difference. It also provides you with more movie options (15 v. 2). All in all it was a good flight."
Cons: "The food, even the upgraded version in premium economy, is not good. Also, for boarding, everyone really boarded at once and you had to go through additional security to get to the gate so you were basically stuck in a waiting room until your flight left with only vending machines (but there were bathrooms so that was good!)."

Cons: "Walked from the lounge to the gate when instructed only to spend an hour or more waiting for what seemed ever passenger being called to the desk for something. Boarded to find my selected seats had been given to a large family and that the seats themselves were absolutely terrible in design. they were narrow and had a console that interfered with comfort. the leg-rest could not be extended enough for even an average height person to use the fold down metal foot rest, which therefore was what my calves sat on. This all amounted to ten hours of pain. Condor is not likely to get our business again."
Pros: "Lufthansa experience was very good, all around. No problems, friendly staff, in flight smack. On a short flight...very pleasant experienxe. Staff were really great. Condor was a different experience. Boarding was unpleasant because specific rows were called to board after everyone had already lined up. It was very unclear where people from. Thyo stand, as no staff were guiding this process. Another passenger became very rude when he felt i stepped in front of him in the mess of a line. Have staff guide this process, or having clearly marked places to stand, would be helpful. It would be nice to have a little more leg room, food that wasn't extremely cold (like it was nearly frozen), & larger movie selection included."

Cons: "First the ground staff didn't allow people with disabilities to pre-board, Second, the seats were so crammed together, like I've never seen on an international flight, third the entertainment options were pathetic and alcohol wasn't free. I've paid less for tickets and gotten way more. But what was truly appalling was the fact that I asked the airport staff for a wheelchair and they wouldn't give it to me, I could barely walk and they ignored my request in Frankfurt."

Pasta was a main course, with dinner roll (of course) and the other meal was equally 'carby'. On return flight, I took the precaution of buying food in the terminal and bringing it on board with me."

No vegetarian options even though I saw gluten free options the crew member would give me one even though I saw dozens on his trolly before he went back to retire that trolly and get the main meal. The young male crew member didn't know what he was doing and cause tension between the other crew members. Not a comfortable experience and the worst food I've had on a plane."

Cons: "They over booked the flight and we were told we would have to miss our trip to Europe that we had planned for six months. They didn't communicate with us at all about what was happening until suddenly giving us two separated seats one minute before the cabin doors were shut. The flight attendants were disrespectful and demeaning to us, despite us having done nothing wrong. We ordered meals with dietary restrictions and those were ignored. In flight entertainment for the 10 hour flight was limited to two (old, terrible) movies and two TV shows. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and made it almost impossible to sleep. I will personally never fly Condor again and I would strongly suggest that you not either."

Cons: "It's been my 4th flight with Condor over a 3-month period and the movie/show selection which was not all that great to begin with, has remained exactly the same. Basically there is no entertainment available to me at this point (other than music which is pretty good). The boarding should have been better organized - the crowd was just standing by the exit for like a half an hour even though the boarding was announced."
