Cons: flight delayed by several hours

Pros: The crew was really nice especially since it was a full flight.

Cons: The boarding calls weren’t clear so many people kept boarding during the wrong zone. The entertainment was good, but the interface was really old.

Cons: The seats on the 787 Dreamliner proved to be uncomfortable AGAIN this trip. 2 years ago we flew the 787 overnight and the seats were the same. Hard cushions, tight seat pitch, and little room to move about.

Pros: I lost my phone in the taxi and Javier offered his cellphone and spoke to the taxi driver to get it returned to me (I didn’t speak Spanish) before my flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed. On board, the seats were too small as per usual with Air Canada’s seating configuration. They tend to pack the cabin with as many passengers with little room.

Cons: Everything - the plane was last updated in 1989 (you can still see where the cathode ray screens were bolted to the central overhead bins), the entertainment is laughable, several didn't work - passengers were given choice of putting up with that or getting off flight. A flight to endure, not enjoy

Cons: Was delayed several hours, had to change crews in Vancouver, and landed in Toronto long after my connecting flight had already left. Instead of being Boston at 7pm, I got back at 11am the next day

Pros: The crew was wonderful. Boarding was orderly and there was enough overhead space on this full flight. Even though the flight left later than schedule it was not a terrible delay. The overall experience was the opposite of my last flight on West Jet.

Cons: Flight was delayed almost 3 hrs. Ran out of food right before my row. I upgraded my seat but feel I got the short end of the stick.

Pros: The crew was very friendly. The plane was very quiet (except for noisy crying babies).

Cons: Unless you can afford the higher priced "comfort class" or first class seats, the seating is very, very cramped on Delta's 757s. It's a good thing the flight was only 5+ hours (but that's not long enough to get any decent amount of sleep on this flight scheduled as a redeye).

Cons: Air Canada, whose flight this was, was understaffed and disorganized in Milan. No kiosks for self service, no identification of which line to wait in for what, lines spilling over into common area with >100 people and their luggage waiting. Waited almost an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Pros: The stewardess accidentally spilled a little water on me but she was so nice about it and apologetic that she paid for my drink. Good people skills in bad situations make a huge difference.

Pros: Crew and staff at gate fantastic. Accommodated me sitting with partner on both legs (booked flights separately).

Cons: Seat assignments. My husband and I were not assigned seats together, however we were able to sit together because the seat next to me was empty.

Pros: The crew took care of my wife and I when our flights were accidently cancelled. Literally were the last people on the plane. It was unbelievable to see their efforts and patience. Completely grateful.
