The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.
Smooth flight Staff were courteous and welcoming upon entering and exiting the plane Pilot and crew provided frequent updates Leg space was not pleasant but manageable
Everything was good except I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay US $150 for bags.

The flight attendants were super! They created a cosy and warm flight atmosphere!
West Jet flight was cancelled and I was not notified. I found out when I tried to check in on-line. Spent 4 hours on the phone with West Jet and Just Fly trying to figure what happened.
It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
Had to cancel flight due to strike. Hope things will be better next August when we will rebook. Very disappointing as it was our 50th wedding anniversary celebration l!
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
You was on strike and I had to get another r flight and you did not give me my money back
Flight was fine and on time. But no entertainment system and little leg room.
Really out of Air Canada's control due to long delay because of mechanical issues. While doing their best, disappointed by their assumption that all passengers have smart phones. Should have communicated food voucher availability at gate area. Late arrival cost me an extra $51 because public transit was not available, Otherwise, feel Air Canada did their best dealing with their challenges. Will likely continue using them in the future.
Air Canada decided to go on strike less then 24 hours before our travel and we had to cancel finding flights elsewhere.
What a silly survey to send - all AC flights were cancelled due to the strike so of course we did not fly yesterday
The WiFi was down the whole flight, a flight that had no on board of any kind
